We are more then happy to allow him to do a Virginia Real Estate Correspondence program or to come into another program as we do not do refunds, as the above refund policy states We do not even have to allow him into another program but are doing so because we want to be helpfulThank you so much!

It is very clear throughout the website, which was the way that the found out about our program, even in his own admission We keep our prices extremely low as we do not do refunds on anything I would like to stress that he has already received the course, the books, webinar, study

I am rejecting this response because: There is a conflict in the refund policy per the Company's website, which is not clearly visible until clicked on the FAQ's  and per the Agreement Signed in class which clearly states the refund policy to be cost of the course to be fully refundable if the candidate decides not to take the class anymore within 7 days from start of class. Since February I've been requested Rempower, INC. to release the SIGNED Agreement to me and they have not done so. I have been in touch with [redacted] and he has stated that, the Company will not release the signed document to me even though its an agreement which I have signed in class, shouldn't I be provided a copy of the signed agreement?  
I agree that I did not review the refund policy on the website as it was hidden within the FAQ page, however I did clearly see the refund policy statement listed on the SIGNED agreement 1st day in class. If they would like to follow the refund policy listed on the website, they should have notified all the candidates that refund policy listed on the agreement that you will be signing does not apply and we have to follow the refund policy listed on the REMPOWER website but that was not stated any where. As a certified Company by the [redacted] to provide RE education courses, it is very unprofessional for REMPOWER Inc. to conduct business in such manner. 
As previously stated, I request Rempower, Inc. to do the either of the following 1) Release the class agreement signed 1st day in class by me and my wife which states the class policies and procedures or 2) Refund the full amount due. If they will not provide the signed agreement, then I request Rempower Inc. to please respond as to the reason why they will not provide the signed agreement?

Review: I took the pre-licensing exam with Rempower, and was given 2 attempts to take the same test, and failed. the third time I received a brand new test, heavy material and new- most wasn't covered at the course. Not alike other students I know, they were given the same test for 4 attempts when they took the test. The formal agreement was always changing, never the same, and the quality of services (teaching and organizational parts) WERE very poor. Staff at Rempower was unaccountable and made mistakes, even about my test results (first, I was told I passed the exam, and later one I was informed that unfortunately I had to re-take it). Rempower presented no enrollment contract, had proble** in issuing the books, and there was no clear policy or instructions about any of the course directives. I shared my thoughts to [redacted], Rempower's CEO, about flows of the program/course and expressed my concerns on the exam administration. [redacted] changed school policy (exa**, payment for the course) w/o presenting this in writing prior to the beg of the course (I.e. originally, the program cost + books was350 per couple, he made us pay $350 each after the course has begun).Desired Settlement: Besides the refund in the amount paid for the course ($350) I desire to get a fair treatment and receive the same right as others which is to take the same test again. The CEO needs to honor his work that is "Students can re-take the same test, multiple times"

Before joining Rempower for the pre-licensing course, I was given a lot of information as far as Rempower policy on course administration, materials, fees and the exam take/retake. A lot of things were inconsistent. One of the reasons I joined the program, was that there were multiple re-takes of the SAME exam (based on [redacted]). I would like [redacted] to honor his word related to my enrollment, and provide me with 1-2 attempts to take the same exam as he gave to other students.
