I would suggest not using Real Estate ExpressI am currently pursuing my second real estate license and decided to give this platform a tryWas not pleased with my experience and decided to cancel my membershipI was charged a $dollar administrative feeOverall, not a helpful service for someone looking to obtain their license in a timely manner
My problem is that when I signed up for this course they have a 100% guarantee or your money backI have had nothing but problems with this site and courseThe first problem is when my first class came to an end I started taking the exam and took it over and over and the questions I had never seen beforeI failed it four timesHaving to pay to retakeThere were trick questions on the exam and it was impossibleI finally called after reading reviews on this course and seeing tons of people having he same issue and seeing it could be a scamI talked to them and they were very nice and so I reconsidered when they offered to refund me my money for the retaking of exams and to reset my examsMiraculously after the first retake I passed!! Set up?? I think so!! I then went on to take my state exam and paid for itIn order to take it I needed real estate express to send them my class infoThey never did after monthsI rescheduled many times and lost my money finallyI tried calling
This company is horribleThey are horrible at replying to emails or answering phonesTough when you need supportI just want my licenseI should have done more research
