*** *** ***, yr old widow, I hired RELC to initiate a lawsuit against *** Financial Corp et alI was part of a multiple clients seeking relief from the bad practices of *** Financial CorpThe lawsuit was filed in June of in Sacramento, CAThe lawsuit proceeded to the point where the judge order that the parties either establish mediation or set trail dates (06/16/2016) this process was to be completed by 11/16/I then discovered that the attorney for *** Financial was having trouble with RELC discussing the specifics of this case
I then discovered thru court documents that on 08/29/RELC dismissed the entire case
I paid $10,in cash to litigate this matterI feel betrayed and harmed by RELCThe law firm never intended on representing my interestThe poor communication and client customer services led me to do the researchThis is a scamThey have defrauded thousands of dollars from many peoplei have reported these people to the State Bar of California, the Attorney General of the State of California, Justice Department of the United StatesRELC is a fraudulent business and they deserve to be prosecuted both criminally and civillyI like advise all clients to report these people to all the authorities available to them

This company doesn't know what there doing they just take your money and when u get answer from your lender and u don't like the results real estate law center attorneys tell u the only way out of this is going into bankruptcy . Anyone that hired this company please contact me at [redacted]

THE SAME SCAM WITH US. THEY CALLED US AND CONVINCED US THAT THEY WOULD SAVE OUR HOME. I WAS INSTRUCTED TO FILE CHAPTER 13 TWICE BOTH TIMES THE EXPERT BK ATTORNEY FAILED TO SUBMIT DOCS. OUR HOME WENT TO AUCTION AND WAS SOLD RIGHT OUT FROM UNDERNEATH US. I DEMANDED A REFUND. THE RELEASE THEY SENT ME TO SIGN TO GET A REFUND WAS A 3 PAGE AGREEMENT TO KEEP MY MOUTH SHUT??? NEVER SHARE THE DETAILS AND PROMISE TO NOT HOLD THEM LIABLE FOR THE LOSS OF OUR HOMES FROM THEIR DIRECT NEGLECT AND FRAUD, I HAVE SHOWN IT TO EVERY LEGAL PROFESSIONAL I COULD. I AM ALSO NOT DONE.
NOBODY GIVE UP ON THESE HORRIBLE PEOPLE. THEY WILL CONTINUE TILL WE TAKE THEM TO THE GUTTER WHERE THEY NEED TO REMAIN FOR THE REST OF THERE LIVES.

I have tried for weeks to contact them. On several occasions. Voicemail boxes full and can not leave any messages. They lost paperwork or just wanted me to keep busy resubmitting paper work. I did get a hardship mortgage. They actually goofed it up on me, and I was denied later.
