I am sorry to hear that Ms*** *** is unhappy with the service we provided I have done my best to explain the handling of the security deposit which was received by her tenant A while back the tenant was late with rent and in order to provide the funds that she (Ms***) needed to
pay her mortgage, I released the security deposit to her The ledgers clearly show what transpired as well I am more than happy to continue discussions about the matter as I know it's important that the client has clarity with respect to this matter Additionally, I have never ordered work that has not been completed nor without prior permission As a matter of fact, it was often difficult to contact Ms*** and therefore the tenant often took care of repairs herself Ms*** was upset when the clothes dryer broke and it needed to be replaced She felt the tenant should be held responsible In fact, the lease stated that a washer and dryer were included in the rental and it was impossible to prove that the tenant broke the dryer (it just stopped working) I have hundreds of very happy clients who regularly tell me that they are pleased with the service they are receivingAs a direct result of my handling of their investment property real value is added to their propertyIn closing, I'd like to add that, at any point if Ms*** was not happy with our services she could have easily submitted a day notice to cancel management services Our contract was only considered to be a "month-to-month" agreement, yet she remained a property management client for many years (approximately 8)Sincerely,*** ** *** *** ***

This Management Company is the worst Ever!!! The office person Margaret is extremely RUDE and even went as far as telling me to GO F* Myself because I made a comment on her attitudeIf you See this company on any listing run FAR FAR awayThe owner TJ allows his employee to try and bully you and curse you out with no regard for customer serviceTJ will try and play the nice card but will give you just as much attitude like his employee MargaretThe are the worst service ever and will definitely wanna make you move ASAPDo not do business with this man or his company.!
