Review: One of your mortgage brokers approached me about doing a refinance on my property. He told me it would be $500 and if he cant do it I get the full $500 back so its a win-win situation for me. I agreed and wrote him a check out on 12/11/12. After 3 months of going back and forth via emails and phone calls and hearing the run around for another couple of months they finally tell me they cant do the loan in June and I would be assured I would get my $500 back at the next check cycle. Now it got shadier....EVERYONE I was in contact leading up to this, from the broker to the secretary to now even the bookkeeper will not return my calls. There has been 1 callback and it was a run around answer saying he will have someone call me which of course noone did. After the 8th month I recieved a check for HALF my money and a note saying the other half will come in a week. 2 months later I am still waiting for my other half. I have called and called and left messages and nothing is getting done. I have never felt so robbed and scammed in my life. Your company is filled with freuds who stick together.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund

Review: I went to this company REMN in [redacted] in believing I could refinance my home. I work with this a gentleman by the name of Mr. [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] was my loan representative and helped me the best way he could. My complaint is not about him or his character but the company that lied to him and to me. However, I worked with this company for about three months (plus), and was told multiple times the loan was approved. They would asked me to get letters from my school loans stating my loan payments will be extend out 12 months. They had me change my loan repayment date twice. They would continue to ask for certain things to be done like the damage to my ceiling before they can complete the loan. At the end of the service as it was informed to me after they need a new letter stating the school loans were held back for a year out so they can complete the loan as it has been approved. During this process they asked me to close multiple credit cards that I had for over up to or over 20 years as they were to pay the accounts off. After working with them and doing every thing they asked at the last minute when I was expecting to sign my docs they denied it stating it was because of my school loan being in forbearance. They knew this information from day one and miss-lead me where it interfered with my finances. I had to pay for appraise out of my own pocket. After writing a letter the only thing I was informed I am sorry for the the mix signal from [redacted]. At the time I was going through fertility treatment and had to stop due to me thinking as told the loan was going through. I may have lost my last chance to become a mother believing this company and the words they shared with me regarding the approval of my loan and well as my fiancee'. I also ask for a refund and was told I was going to get it and as of two weeks I still have not received any refund for my appraisal. After being told it was approved two weeks ago.Desired Settlement: I would like a real apology not sorry for the misunderstanding. I was told the underwriter was written up. I would like more to be done to him. I like my refund for all I had to pay for, and refund for my time and energy as well as bring my stress level up. As told they could of told me, I was not going to qualify from day one with my loan but instead they mislead me for over three month. I depended on this loan for many things and now my finance are worst then they were when I started. I currently have no credit cards to use to help me get through due to doing what they asked of me. I would like to be compensated for they heartache and all that was mention prior. I pray that this does not happen to anyone else. I would like to get this loan process and my credit cards paid off like they promise they were going to do. To help me get back on track as they promised me.
