My complaint as been solved with the following resolution:I was able to cancel the initial contract.I tried to get a contract not tied to the electric co Which I was finally got But I was not comfortable with the way it was structured so I requested they remove their equipment, which was removed on 6/8/17.I believe they tried there best to satisfy me but their product was not able to satisfy me

Our company spoke with the customer and came to a mutual agreement. This complaint has been resolved.

Mr& Mrs***Our technician went out yesterday and installed the doorbell camera and worked on the windows for over an hour with youI hope that everything is operating smoothly now and the camera is operating to the standards promisedThank you for your patience in this matter and if there is anything else we can ever do for you please let us know

We apologize for the poor experience -- that technician is no longer employed with our companyWe had another technician go to the customer's home to fix his technical issues

I believe this complaint is for the wrong companyThis should be for Reliant Energy, not Security by Reliant. Thank you!

The co. sent out a tech to fix the problem, the solution was to remove door camera add an external camera to cover the front door, return my door bell.  After the Tech left and the wind came up and moths came out we were we were  getting camera tripping every minute.  We contacted support services and changed the camera view and how sensitive it had to be and placed the camera  on hold until the next day so we could check it when I would be home.  The camera wouldn't work and all the setting were gone.  I have been working with tech support and they are scheduled to return on Thursday 5/18/17.  So if this next fix works all will be well, if not they will have to remove the equipment and I will go else where to get the product I need.

First off, the Security by Reliant company is in no way shape or form related to "[redacted]. This complaint should be removed for being under the wrong company.  After speaking with the customer, we came to an agreement to adjust the ETF (early termination fee) down to...

$681.80, well below what the desired settlement from the customer. Customer agreed and we are sending the bill to his new address.  Thank you,  Preston H.
