Real McCoy's Happy Happy Happy Movers

I tried using Real Mccoys Happy Happy Happy movers to help my daughter move. I booked them to come unload a small truck on 8/20/2016. Everything looked good, even had communications with them that showed that they would be there. I even call the day before the move to see if they could come earlier, but they were booked so we went with the original 2pm time. It was raining,that day and I know that will slow things down. I had to contact them around 3:20 to see when they would be there and she said that they would be finishing up at that point. 4:30+/- and no show or call. I texted them and no response. I called, no answer. I called from a different number and they picked up right away. After teller her my name, she hung up. Texted me and claimed dropped call. She said that she was not able to contact movers. 5:15+/- I tried texting again and again no response. Around 5:26 I found another mover that would show up so texted them and said not to come. Got an immediate answer of "Ok". So apparently there was no bad reception on their part. Would not and will not recommend these people for anything!!!
