Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here]What your driver did by strong-holding me was wrong I did call your office and they assured me that we just needed to continue and they would correct the size of the shipment on the paperwork and then credit me once the original paperwork was returned by the driver They said that they would be able to clearly tell that the space on the truck was not used There was nothing else that I could do at that time due to closing on the house After the driver left, I called your company again and again for several days No one would speak to me with any resolution I was continually told that I needed to speak with a manager and that no one was available They continued to take my name and number, however, no one would call I even emailed your companies customer service and no one responded.I find this to be quite a dishonest practice of your company You did not honor your promises, you forced me to sign shipping documents with the understanding that you would determine what space I actually used and that you would credit me upon completion You did not pack as promised, unload as promised and broke many items due to poor packing You also used labor force and brought them into my home.I am looking for compensation and a refund for the issues listed above In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

As stated previously, we have been in constant contact with this customer in an attempt to resolve this issueWe have addressed any mistakes on behalf of the company with the DOTWe came up with a settlement upon discussion with the DOT officerThe customer has refused this settlement and remained unwilling to compromiseIn an attempt to resolve this issue, despite a lack of cooperation from the customer, we mailed a settlement checkWhile the customer is stating that they refuse this offer, the customer did cash this checkI would love to see this matter resolved but am at a loss at this point as to any further steps I can justify taking in an effort to appease this customerPhone and bank records can be provided upon request documenting the communication and transfer of fundsBest Regards, Joe P [redacted]

Dear [redacted] , I deeply apologize that you had such a hard time contacting and working with our Customer Service departmentWe are currently working on re-staffing and restructuring our Customer Service department to ensure that these issues cease immediatelyI can assure you that the appropriate repercussions have been taken in regards to the issues you incurredI am sorry for any confusion on the time frame for deliveryI was under the impression that this straight delivery had been discussed and approved by the customerUsually we do offload items into our central warehouse to process the inventory prior to dispatch assigning the load to a delivery driverThe availability of an immediate delivery changed the process slightly from a standard deliveryAny adjustments in price were agreed to prior to any items being loaded along with a time stamped document to approve and agree to this revised priceI am not sure where any miscommunication could have occurred We regret that there was any misunderstanding in regards to whether or not our drivers were employees or contractorsOur movers and drivers are Independent ContractorsThis means that while they are not employees of the company, all services rendered and materials used while the Contractor is working as an entity under our company are actually oursThis includes but is not limited to the truck, workers, and moving supplies used for your moveThis does not mean that we do not take pride in who we allow to represent our companyI can assure you that severe repercussions have been made towards the employee who caused problems on the day of pick-upWe do create a specialized inventory for each move that does come with a matching label placed on the boxThis does not always include a description of the items inside of the box unless specified by the customerThe glass packing for electronics involves a combination of multiple layers of protection, one of which is a custom fitted cardboard outer layerDocumentation can be provided upon requestI hope we can come to a quick resolutionBest Regards, Joe P [redacted]

To whom it may concern,I am again at a loss of what to do to resolve this issueThe customer ag [redacted] to the extra cubic feet charges and signed a contract agreeing to these chargesThe customer was presented any possible additional charges prior to any items even being loaded on the day of pick-upWe also provided almost 30% off of the total move along with some additional services in an attempt to appease the customerWhile a worker was injured during the delivery process, our workers did try their best to expatiate the delivery process.In regards to any missing or broken items, that is out of our control after the contract has been closed and sent to claimsAgain, I apologize that you are finding the process frustratingI will reach out to the claims department and see if I can do anything make the process easier for youI would like to remind you that our claims service is a third party service so we do not have control of their policies and procedures.Documentation can be provided upon request.I hope we can come to a quick resolution.Best Regards,Joe P [redacted]
