I would recommend Real Pro to anybody! In fact, when I bought a new car I made a mistake and took it to the dealer the first few times for maintenance instead of Real Pro who had been servicing my previous car I was not happy with the dealer at all and they just couldn't compare to the excellent service I received at Real Pro I went back to Real Pro and won't go anywhere else ever again They are always super friendly, honest, and are more than accommodating and helpful with my questions and requests Especially important to me is that being a woman they treat me with complete respect...even the time I tried to imitate the odd noise my car was making to help diagnose the problem and another time they had the great idea to put white cardboard under my car so they could see from where it was leaking and what color the fluid was to diagnose the problem I don't know of any other place that is that patient and helpful and not at all condescendingI also appreciate their shuttle service back to work when I drop off my car Real Pro truly is a unique gem in the auto repair industry and I highly recommend it to everyone
Way over priced. All I wanted them to do was fix 1 problem and they did a complete check of the vehicle. Then prodded and told me these other things should be done, told me the corrosion process has already started. Did not want to quote me a price for my 1 issues, but after I asked repeatedly I finally got a worse case cenerio. Crazy enough it ended up being more than that. I would never go back. I called them because I was afraid of what the dealership price would be, well if I would have went to the dealer for this 1 issue it would have been $290 instead of $470. And they won't warranty the laor. I can't imagine how bad they would take advantage of a senior or a person who just didn't know better. Call and get prices from other places before you go to this shop. I was in a bind and had no other choice otherwise I would have gone anywhere else.
