Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I have attached the agreement this company (Indy RPM) provided me, and it clearly states, "For and in consideration of the sum of $3000, paid to [redacted] BY REAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ..." (emphasis added)It is disingenuous to suggest now that they have no ability to get me the payment I was promised They stated quite clearly in their agreement with me that it was precisely their job to do that I suspect [redacted] , the original mortgage holder and the one who set this whole deal in motion, arranged for Indy RPM to have the money ready to pay me once I vacated the premises at the time agreed (which I did) Now I think Indy RPM is trying to keep that incentive money for themselves in addition to whatever property management fees they were paid by [redacted] or FNMA That is not ethical, and I don't think it is legal either This is not how customers should be treated in any industry Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved An apology would have been nice, or interest on the much-delayed money, but I can live with thisRegards, [redacted]

We rented property with Real Property Management of Central Indiana during We were greatly disappointed in the lack of professionalism, courtesy, and responsiveness from the associates On multiple occasions when maintenance requests were called in and/or general inquiries to the office, no response would be received We would need to call and/or e-mail multiple times before we would hear from an associate; and, numerous issues were never addressed I would not recommend Real Property Management to anyone as their customer service is incredibly poor

***,
Your lease calls for a Pet Fee and not a refundable deposit.
The Pet addendum is used to separate all Pet fees from the Deposit Section on page oneThis is intentional to avoid confusion
I apologize if you believed
the Fee is a refundable deposit.
You were a good tenant and we do our best to avoid confusion.
I've attached your signed lease for further reference.
Thanks,
RPM Central Indiana

Real Property Management Administers Leases for Fannie Mae. The tenants transition agreement was between Fannie Mae and the occupantReal Property Management can not and does not have the authority to decide if a tenant receives/qualifies for Relocation
Assistance.
Real Property Management should not be named in this complaint as they have no authority to make decisions for Fannie Mae.
A copy of the lease has been attached for your reviewYou can reach fannie mae at www.fanniemae.com

RPM is not in control of the maintenance on this propertyThe owner designated their own representativeSince this issue, the walls and all issues have been resolved. The tenant prematurely vacated and broke their lease on this property and left RPM with no remedy

The terms state "Pet Deposit" The term Deposit it self mean money down and due back upon closure. Also if you read the pet agreement it says that he deposit will be held in order to fix any and all damages to the property caused by the pet. RPM admits there was no damage other then the carpets need cleaning ( which is the norm for rental) therefore the pet deposit should have been applied to the carpet cleaning charge. We still request a refund of the carpet cleaning charge which is less then the pet deposit. RPM should not have tken the carpet cleaning charge out of the house deposit. They should have used the "Pet deposit" per their own documents.

Rented my property quickly and handled the contract and payments with the tenants. Replied quickly to any questions I had during the three years I used them.

Absolutely as good as it gets. Fast and high quality tenant placement. They were reliable, quick and convenient to work with.

Highly recommended.

I rented a single family home from RENU in July of 2015. I have been in the house for less than two months, and this is already the worst renting experience I have ever had. I have been renting apartments and houses for the last four years, and I have never had issues like this. To start with, before we moved in we were told that the yard would be in good condition and free of trash, it was not. Immediately after move-in we found out that the air conditioning was not working, and neither was the fridge. It took over a week to get these issues resolved, which is unacceptable in the Tennessee summer heat. A few weeks later we had issues with the dishwasher. It has been almost a month and that issue is still not resolved. I was called by maintenance on August 21 and was told they would come that week. They did not show up at the assigned time, and even after I left numerous voicemails they did not call back for three days. It is now September 3, and they have still not come to fix it. On top of that, my A/C went out again this morning..I have placed a work order but I have little faith this issue will be resolved, even though it is considered and "emergency". I really regret renting this house, and I would advise anyone considering to rent from RENU not to do so.

Basically a comedy of errors from the time the contract was signed... Telling me that my unit needed to be cleaned two weeks after I had asked them to arrange to have it cleaned (and reminding them again a week later). Correctly stating that the tenant was responsible for utilities in their lease agreement, but afterward telling me that I still needed to pay them. Authorizing non-emergency work to be done on my unit in excess of the contracted limit without permission, then refusing to refund the charge, because, well....the work had already been done. Attempting to bill for snow removal (for a condo....yes, the HOA handles it) - $90(?!?!) for one-time removal in a one-car driveway. Failure to change the HVAC filter per our contract as part of the semi-annual inspection process. Asking me to provide pictures of the damaged garage door after there was an incident with the tenant's SUV and my contractor stated it was clearly stuck by a vehicle (I had asked THEM to provide pictures to me two weeks earlier when the incident occurred and they failed to do so).

All said, I paid in excess of $2,500 over the life of the agreement for them to make my life difficult, and to tie my hands when the tenant damaged my property. I terminated the agreement early and paid the three month term fee. I wouldn't recommend their "management" to anyone.

Its funny that this company is not accredited because they are advertising it on their web page. http://www.indpropertymanagement.com/
I have a house in Greenwood In that I have been paying rent for over a year now and I have asked several times to repair maintenance issues and they were not taken care of. Here are a few; dishwasher is brand new but never installed, sever windows are missing and noted during move in documentation ( I was told that they would be replaced) front door has glass that is cracked, the garage door would not operate ( I replaced it myself so I could store my motorcycle in it) and two heaters are not functional. Just wanted to share my experience with this company.
