I just moved from *** which is a rental property managed by RPM and man, I am glad I did! RPM tacks on a $fee for the first month and $for every month after for maintenance to the homeThey also state in the lease that they come in quarterly to check the home for any maintenance problems that need attending toWell I'm here to tell you that they LIE!!!! They only showed up once the whole year I lived there and we filled out the walk thru papers stating all problems with the home and was told by *** (The leasing agent for RPM) that all things on the list would be fixedWe were told that that conversation never happened even though there were five adults standing right there when the man (***) said it to all five of us! So if you have the unfortunate ability to rent this home don't expect RPM to uphold there end of the lease contract they give you AND DEFINITELY don't think that they are being honest with you either!!!! Oh yeah and that beautiful terraced backyard and front yard was just an extremely old deck that needs to be re -stained and weather proofed and the landscape is dirt, some grass seed and a weed filled volleyball Court! No joke! Definitely not a place for children unless you don't mind the dirt being tracked all over the house! THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE AND SO IS EVERYONE INVOLVED!!!!!!!

I worked with RPM for a few years now. They helped us rent our home in Colorado Springs while we lived out of state. We feel they do not have the property owners interests only their own. They did not look in on the rents while they were there and when they left we had lots of damage to the home. We feel their partners they work with to fix the home for us did not do the work well and overcharged for their services. They never told us about charging the tenants extra for pets and the pets did major damage to our house. We would not recommend RPM to anyone who needs to rent their home and have a property management company do it for them.
