Review: The Property Manager Jamie has not returned any of my case or emails. She is managing our property but we decided to sell instead of renting. We asked for cancellation but she keeps acting like she doesn't know what I want to do. She currently has our house keys but is not reachable by phone or email to return them to us. She is also asking for cancellation fees due to her leg work on advertising but we paid $400 up front for advertising. As a business owner she is not looking out for the best interest of her clients. She is doing more harm than good. There are many complaints on her online. We were patient but after two weeks of no contact we are submitting this. Corporate has been notified but are unable to do anything since it is a franchise.Desired Settlement: CANCEL OUR CONTRACT AND RETURN OUR KEYS AND GARAGE CLICKER NOW! No cancellation fees due to the troubles caused.
