I am rejecting this response because:
Real Property Management stated that "owner was instructed what to do to make ready his unit for rent and that the owner refused to do work to make unit ready for rent".  Real Property Management has never instructed me to do any work with my unit, never mind between 01/14 and 02/14, when the early termination fee was placed on my account with them.  My unit had been renovated prior to renting it out 01/13. Any work done to the unit after that date had been done without Real Property Management’s knowledge until August 2014 when I sent the property agreement cancellation letter 30 days in advance of the contract renewal date, as required, and mentioned the renovations that had taken place. The work that was done did not affect the renting status of the unit. In fact, Real Property Management had not contacted me at all between 03/14 through 8/14 to inquire about remarketing my unit and provided no contracted services during that time.  The dispute is why Real Property Management added an early termination fee to my account 02/14 after the confusion between the tenant contract and the Management agreement had been resolved and after I specifically said that I did NOT want to terminate early.  I would like RPM to cancel the early termination fee so that I will not need to pursue legal action.
