This is the worst property management company that I've ever dealt with in my lifeThey only care about collecting the rent and charging outrageous feesThey don't accept any responsibility when it comes to fixing issues wrong with unitThey try to place blame and charge tenant for repairs they knew pre-existed in unitThey don't assume any responsibility, by blaming landlord for hold up on repairs; when the lease you sign states real property managementThey lack professionalism, customer service, and empathyYou have to keep contacting them to resolve your issue, and every time you call they put you hold for long periods of timeIt's almost as if you work harder than them to get anything resolvedYou never get a straight forward answerI lived in their unit for one year; and out of the months, my family lived without the proper flooringI was intimidated into paying full months rent by being threatened to be evicted; even though the unit was drastically different from when I signed my lease due to a sewage backupWithin the first months, I've had over major work ordersI'm sure if more of their customers were knowledgeable about this option, they would have a lot more negative reviews and complaintsStir clear of this company, I was told personally that their loyalty is to the landlord not the tenant

I would not recommend this property management companyThey have an electronic system that is delayed and not updated regularly by staffWe came home one day when I was months pregnant to find an eviction notice on our doorWe discovered this was because of a glitch in their system that kept charging us fees that were rectified months agoIn the interim, the management company was very slow in resolving this issue despite requests to do soThe latest inconvenience involved a typographical error I made when paying the rent onlineThe system took days before alerting us that the account information was wrongIt automatically prohibited us from making payments online and we were told that we had until the secretary "walks through the door" in the morning to submit a money order before eviction proceedings will be filedWhile we accept the error made on our behalf, the delayed notice coupled with a demand for payment no later than open of business, it gives tenants no flexibility to resolve the issue after short noticeThe way their system and business is conducted is designed for people who have a history of evictions and poor rental
historyIt is set up to protect them even at the expense of those who pay their rent every month and have good rental historyThis management company has never given me the impression that they are customer focused and I do not believe we are valuedI would highly encourage prospective renters to sign with a different company and be sure to conduct a thorough reviewAvoid RPM Midlands at all costsYour business will be better appreciated at another company

They don't assume any responsibility, by blaming landlord for hold up on repairs; when the lease you sign states real property management. They lack professionalism, customer service, and empathy. You have to keep contacting them to resolve your issue, and every time you call they put you hold for long periods of time. It's almost as if you work harder than them to get anything resolved. You never get a straight forward answer. I lived in their unit for one year; and 6 out of the 12 months, my family lived without the proper flooring. I was intimidated into paying full months rent by being threatened to be evicted; even though the unit was drastically different from when I signed my lease due to a sewage backup. Within the first 6 months, I've had over 7 major work orders. I'm sure if more of their customers were knowledgeable about this option, they would have a lot more negative reviews and complaints. Stir clear of this company, I was told personally that their loyalty is to the landlord not the tenant.
