Hired property management did nothing that was in the contract, even violated the agreement by trying to recruit my tenant.Since day one [redacted] did nothing she said she was going to do. Granted she did inherit the contract rather quickly, but she told the tenant that she would be back to go over rules, regulations, and new contract. [redacted] never went back to that property after that day. Then when the rent was due she called and told me that the tenant did not know where to send the money to, but she left her packet. I asked her did you not go over it with her like you said, well I never got a chance to go over there. When the tenant was late she would call and tell me on the 4th, but I didn't see the money until the 14th anyway. I did know the tenant, but she was clear on only contacting [redacted]. Yet I get called stating that it's been 36 hours and [redacted] has not returned her call. Every time I talked to [redacted] it was a new excuse of why I was doing her job every month and paying her for it. Then the tenant could no longer pay, she used a whole drawn out reason, but truth was she couldn't. [redacted] assured me she would work hard on trying to get the money, but every time she talked to me it was something negative, and she went as far as to accuse me of doing something to the tenant. Then I found out from the tenant where she recorded my property manager telling her to go check out her other properties on her website, that they are much cheaper then my rental. This is from a delinquent tenant still in my house, not paying. I confronted [redacted] with this and she said that she did that as a tactic to make the tenant pay. I am sorry putting down my property and directing her to your website of cheaper properties that you manage is not my idea of a good way to get someone to pay. I have caught [redacted] in repeated lies that she has told me, [redacted] and my boyfriend who has communicated with her because I was tired. I have no clue what I paid her for because she has did nothing but help my tenant not pay me and give her other options. There was a time I as so fed up I asked her what am I paying you for? she sent me a text telling me that I can fire her without any penalties or fees. It was easy when she was just collecting her percentage, but when things got tough she got missing, would barely respond to any calls or emails from me or tenant. The tenant was telling me that she had tried to contact her to give keys back and [redacted] never responded. Yet she sent me an email telling me that the tenant was a no show. So I had I had to drive 1.5 hours 5 month pregnant to collect the keys from the tenant myself.Desired SettlementI want a refund of property management fees I spent with Real Property management under [redacted].
