I used this property management service as a home owner. It is difficult to get out of a contract because it renews while the current lease is expiring, which they need to be paid for. And it renews for another year, or a total months rent to break the lease. Mr [redacted] is rude, when I was trying to find a renter to steer his way via my personal [redacted], he called us rogue tenants and that we broke the "tenant trust". It had been vacant for over a month and he was condescending towards me, telling me I wouldn't understand about investments. He was not prompt with requested videos so we lost 300.00 to a cleaners we paid prior to the tenant moving in. He makes money off every work order and uses his own people. He even pushes his wife, who is a real estate agent to sell the house when "the time is right".
I would never recommend RPM to anyone. And this is due to the attitude and demeanor of the owner Mr [redacted]. It is a trap when you want to terminate a lease, and can't unless you pay 1000.00. For work he will not be doing, he is being paid through July and not renting my house. It is in favor of the property manager, and I imagine a desirable outcome.

The staff at RPM are sg landlords. We had been in contact with [redacted]regarding a home for rent. The home was not yet available to view, however, he still urged us to fill out our applications (3 applications at $40 each) in order to take the home "off the market". We applied and heard back about a week later only to find out that they had changed their mind about dogs at the property--which they had said was not an issue prior to our application process. We explained the two dogs and [redacted] had agreed that it would be a great fit... So we would pay the hefty app fees only to be denied. They are the scummy people others warn you about when applying for properties. DO NOT PAY AND APPLY WITH THEM... ITS NOT WORTH IT!

Do not use this company. My husband and I are relocating to Spokane and found a home on their website. We sent in an application and gave them our info to pull our credit. The next day they pulled our credit (both over 750) and charged us $38 a piece. The owner then called us to tell us that the house had already been rented. We then inquired on another home on their website which had also been rented. I am writing this 9 days later and both homes are still on their website. The owner won't refund our money nor return our calls. This company is unethical and completely unprofessional.
