Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I would actually like to confirm that the issue has been resolvedBut it was just YESTERDAY (03/23/2016) that I received an other harassing email from this company Prior to that I had not received an email from the since 02/29/Had I gotten this response a couple days ago prior to me receiving this email I likely would have believed the message from the companyHowever, it is really tough to believe them when the message was one day agoYou can simply not that I am rejecting this response and I understand this case will probably be closedI can simply just open another case if/when I receive another email from the companyI am not happy with the outcome and the amount of time it took to be removed after numerous request Sincerely, [redacted]

Our official statistics provider is STATS LLCAny conflicts or corrections are provided by *** *** *** but we consider *** only for correctionsWhen we decide on how to score a play like the one mentioned by Mr***, we
assess how STATS defines similar playsIn the case of a fumble recovery by the offense, the person recovering the fumble is credited with a recovery and any advancement of the fumble is credited with rushing yardageAs an example, if a receiver catches a pass, advances it to the 10-yard line, fumbles, and another offensive player recovers it there and advances it for a touchdown, the player recovering the fumble is credited with a 10-yard rushing TDThe QB and receiver are credited with a completion and the yardage up to the 10-yard line, but the passing play ends there
This same logic applies to the case where the player recovering the fumble is in the end zoneAlthough the ball is not advanced, by definition the fumble recovery is considered a runTherefore an offensive fumble recovery in the end zone is a yard rushing TDSince the receiver had to be out of the end zone at the time he committed the fumble, the quarterback and receiver do NOT receive any credit for the score
In the case of a defensive fumble recovery for a TD, since this was a result of the opposing team committing the turnover, we have a different categoryIn this case this falls under fumble recovery touchdown in our DEFENSIVE rulesThis is an completely different type of play as a totally different unit was responsible for the score
It is important to note that this is how we have scored these types of plays since our inception in and we will continue to score these plays in this manner
This is a moot point, however, since we allow the commissioner in any of leagues to modify how we score plays if they desireIf Mr*** is the commissioner of his league he can simply change the score of the team(s) in question to reflect his interpretation of the scoring play
As noted in our official policies (which all users must agree to before registering with RTSports) we have to right to change any statistic if we feel there is an errorWe reserve the right to do this at any time, and our decision is finalEven if Mr*** can find evidence where *** or even STATS LLC does not agree with our interpretation of a scoring play it would not matterWe try our best, however, to remain as consistent as possible

Prior to that I had not received an email from the since 02/29/2016. Had I gotten this response a couple days ago prior to me receiving this email I likely would have believed the message from the company. However, it is really tough to believe them when the message was one day ago. You can simply not that I am rejecting this response and I understand this case will probably be closed. I can simply just open another case if/when I receive another email from the company. I am not happy with the outcome and the amount of time it took to be removed after numerous request.
