Review: Customer service fails to coordinate delivery of service. Took months just to schedule window fittings. People don't show up when they are supposed to. We usually have to call 4 times within supposed operating hours before we can reach anyone. Impossible to schedule installation or measurements because people forget or decide it's out of their way. Customer service always says they will call back but NEVER do. Constantly put on hold. I have had to miss work countless times to meet their needs, but I am constantly stood up.Desired Settlement: Install my screens and make half an effort to coordinate the installation.
