We have inspected the siding material used on this home and believe the failure is caused by a manufacturing defect The product is warranted by the manufacturer and replacement material has been ordered When the replacement material arrives, it will be scheduled for installation The installation will be at no-charge to the homeowner

[redacted] [redacted] Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution of Reliant Capitol finally installing the screen completes my compliant and resolves my issueIt's very disappointing that the Revdex.com had to get involved to get this resolved and it took a month to do so with no update calls and lack of concern from Reliant Capitol.I do want to thank the Revdex.com for getting what could have been a simple solution, taken care of for me Regards, [redacted] ***

This gentleman's telephone number was called in error It is not the policy of Reliant Capitol to call numbers on the [redacted] *** We apologize for any inconvenience caused by our call

We will again apologize for any inconvenience our telephonecall caused this gentleman Steps arebeing taken to insure the number is not again dialed in error

After shopping around with many places, I chose Reliant Windows and Doors to install French doors in my family roomWe agreed on a total of $Once installed, door had a large scratch down the center of the glass, I requested the glass be replacedI contacted the sales rep (Dooley) different times, and he insisted this would be taken care of, and this wouldn't be a problem.I never heard from himI spoke with the manager Robert and he said that I must pay for half the door, which was going to cost me $(which was half the cost of the glass) I finally agreed to thisOnce installed, there was yet another scratch, smaller, but still a scratchI requested my money returned, and now the manager is stating I must deal with the manufactureAll I wanted was some nice French doors and yet I continue to get the run aroundOnce this company gets your moneyThey leave it at thatDon't deal with themIts been nothing but a headache!!!!

We purchased windows for our entire home that cost us $11, On the day of installation one of the men demonstrated how to remove the screens to clean the windows He used the 96" wide, 3-piece living room window (It has a stationary middle window and the two sides open by sliding toward the middle.) He made it look very easy
After the Arizona monsoon rains, the windows became very dirty, so we decided to take off the screens and wash the glass BUT, NONE OF THE SCREENS CAN BE REMOVED FROM THE OTHER REGULAR 2-PIECE WINDOWS The window does not slide far enough to clean the locking mechanism Four of our windows are very large: 48"H x 72"W They are very heavy We searched the papers from the company and found they did not leave us any instructions
I called the company today and the service technician said we have to REMOVE THE SLIDING WINDOW to take out the screen It is very heavy and could be broken very easily Only a strong person could do this
We have to assume that this was the reason why the installer showed us how to remove the screens on the only window where the window did not have to be taken out We are now stuck with very expensive and dirty windows

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The blatant lies they statedI had *** at my home and even he had said that the kitchen window was crookedPlease see the attached photos showing that the calking used and even the screen can't close completely because the window is unleveled*** had told me that if the guys pulled the trim and there was insulation, then I would have to pay $per window I had stated that NO level was used on any of my windows. The installer that came out to check my windows after the installation was completed, which was the same guys that had put the windows in, pulled the trim off of the windows and there was NO insulation in the windows I DIDN'T have to pay anything for the window trims that were pulledI want proper working windowsThey need fixed*** had called back after the min in January, and after he remembered who I was, he told me that he would put me on the schedule and hung up on meI had not heard anything from him till today, 3/17/2014, in response to my complaintsThey are sending a service technician to my home tomorrow to observe and report his findingsI do not trust their terrible work performance to properly fix my home Regards,*** ***

Over the past two years, I have received several unsolicited calls from Reliant Capitol pitching new windows and painting services I informed them that I am registered on the national do not call list and that I did not want to be contacted by them I was told that my number would be removed from their list, but that did not stop the calls When they called again, I agreed to an appointment by a sales rep He came the next day and I told him that I did not want any demonstration or quote I told him that I wanted him to go back to his manager and see to it that would not get future calls from the company He said he would do this This took place in October of Today, July 27, 2016, I got another unsolicited call from Reliant Capitol I told the guy to set up the appointment for tomorrow I intended to tell that sales rep that he had made a wasted trip and that I am not supposed to be contacted by Reliant
Shortly after I got a call from the supervisor who said that their records show that I had instructed them to take my number off their calling list She apologized for my being called and said she would make sure my number got removed This was the same promise I got before Since Reliant purchases calling lists from an outside source, she said they request a screened list But they don't bother to check the reliability of the screening as I continue to get calls They violate federal law by not complying with the Do Not Call registry I keep getting assurances from them that my number will be removed, but nothing happens I am very frustrated with this company and all the other ones that have no consciousness about harassing people

On March 27, 2015, the homeowners contracted with Reliant Capitol LLC for the purchase and installation of a screen room.  A screen room is not intended to be a water tight living area.  The screen room consists of framed screens above knee-walls installed under and attached to the...

existing patio cover and resting upon the existing concrete slab.  One screen door is included with the screen room.  The knee-wall is constructed in sections, not in one continuous piece and there are seams where the sections are joined.  These seams are not cracks.  Installation of the screen room was completed April 30, 2015.   When the homeowner complained of leaks, the original supposition was that water was leaking between the bottom of the knee-wall and the concrete slab and additional caulking was used in these areas.  Water-hose tests revealed that water was seeping up through the expansion joints of the existing concrete slab.  Some of the knee-walls rest upon the expansion joints as they must align with the attachment points on the patio cover.  This causes it to appear as though the water was seeping through a gap between the knee-wall and the concrete slab.   It is common for water to seep up through the expansion joints in a concrete slab.  The seepage was not caused by the installation of the screen room.  As the slab was not installed by Reliant Capitol, its performance is not the responsibility of Reliant Capitol However, Reliant Capitol employees did the research to find a product that is designed to seal cracks in concrete and provided this information to the homeowner.  The homeowner has indicated that he does not wish to utilize this product.

I do not believe for one second that this company called me "by mistake". I have attached a small sampling of complaints taken from three Internet sources. Many consumers agree: this company blatantly violates federal law by calling numbers on the [redacted].I request the following restitution: Reliant Capitol LLC will make public the records of numbers they called which also appear on the [redacted]. Reliant Capitol LLC will then pay a monetary settlement to each and every recipient of their illegal telemarketing calls.

RE: [redacted]- Response to RebuttalReliant Capitol sent a service technician to [redacted] home on March 18, 2014. Although [redacted] agreed to the appointment, she was not present.  [redacted]'s daughter was present. The [redacted] response to our letter of March 17th was not received until 3:24 P.M. This was well after the service call at the [redacted] home. The photos included do not show a perpendicular  surface to indicate whether or not the windows are level. The service technician found that the spacers had been removed from the screen in the kitchen after installation.     He replaced the spacers and inserted the screen. The screen problem was not related to "leveling" and now fits properly. It was noted by the service technician that one window was not level by approximately 118" and that this did not impact the operation of the window. Windows are installed on the existing sill structure of the home. If the existing structure is not level, the windows will not be level. The mention of caulking in [redacted] rebuttal is unclear. Caulking is used around windows on the exterior and interior surfaces to prevent air infiltration and provide a finished surface where the window meets the construction materials of the walls . The caulking does not impact the operation of the windows and does not determine whether or not a window is level. [redacted]'s reference to insulation is unclear. A service call was entered and the missing insulation was addressed. Apparently, our notes were incorrect on how many windows needed insulation. As the windows and the workmanship are under warranty, service calls are no charge. There is, however, a charge for service calls if no warranty item can be found, i.e. a window broken by a rock. The sash on one window was squeaking. The service tech replaced the wheels . The window no longer squeaks. In order to make the sashes easier to remove for cleaning, the tech cut the edges of the sashes of all the windows on the first floor and one window on the second floor. One bedroom  window  was  not accessible. All windows close and lock properly.  [redacted]'s daughter refused to sign a service completion.Had [redacted] been present at the service call, she could have addressed the issues in her rebuttal. Reliant Capitol would ask the aid of the Revdex.com in the scheduling of another service call at which [redacted] will be present. Sincerely, [redacted]
