We have lived in our apartment for 12 years. This company refuses to take care of its residents and their apartments. We have essential appliances such as stove/oven that have not worked or not worked properly for years now. With each complaint they try to charge us stating its our fault. The appliances are 15 years old. How is it our fault? They just raised our rent $50 a month but refuse to offer an explanation why. The rent goes up and down every year as we renew( never more than a few.dollars) but $50 with at least 3 appliances that don't work that they refuse to fix or let us get are own. This seems a bit much. We signed our new lease 2 weeks ago without receiving a copy of what we signed. We have all the original flooring and paint. So the drafts are so great they move the blinds. But they tell us its are responsibility. We have water spots on our ceiling but they try to charge us stating we put them there.

So we will continue to fill complaints wherever we can until we have safe and proper living conditions. Also we need a stove that actually works.. a dishwasher that actually works... a dryer that drys... the roof looked at so the water spot stops growing.. floors we can sit on without asthma attacks... etc... on top of all this a response to my email and a response to why the $50 monthly rent increase when they REFUSE to take care of their tenants.
