my name is [redacted], I Visited your store today 6/5/2013 to look at a firearm I purchased and had delivered to your store. I wanted to look at the item that is fully payed for but could not do so because your staff can't seem to find it. I was in the store for 30 + mins and all the staff could tell me was "we'll you can't pick it up now so" I'm sending this email to inform you that I will be Filing a complain. I fill that your staff needs to do a better job with filing the firearms, Communicating with Customers and "Will you can't pick it up anyway yet so" Is totally unacceptable for professional business Like yourselves to tell a paying customer. I would appreciate it if you can get back to me at your earliest convenience so we can resolve this matter as quickly as possible.
