I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. As long as I'm not being billed, I will move forward, however, they need to better communicate with there clients, by informing them, by calling and letting them know, what day they will be coming out, to treat the propertyThis is something, they did not do, because if they had, I could have informed them, that I had already hired another company

I remember the conversation we had when she signed up. She did ask if the perimeter areas were included. I told her that they were and then she said to go ahead with the service. I take potential customers at their word and don't have them sign a contract. When she called on 5/11/16 to...

complain, I told her that I wouldn't charge her for the service. It was a miscommunication and we have no intention of providing services that customers don't want.
