Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10563251, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I did review the response and have just a few issues. The sign of no refunds is not clear and when I was brought around to the studio not only was the sign not visible with all the clutter on the counter but also I was directed to the end of the counter to conduct the transaction. If the employee was truly reprimanded that is a right step but I still stand by that the sale was $10 and not $16. I have only seen it advertised for $16 AFTER THE SALE on the companies website. I hope the company does stand by its decision to have it fully acknowledged BEFORE sale of any fees advertised both at the vendor and studio. Especially since there isn't a guarantee you will actually be seen by your appointment time. I furthermore have no other issue.Regards,[redacted]

This response in in reference to [redacted] complaint.Loveable You Portrait Studios called to confirm [redacted] portrait appointment and also reminded her to bring her $6.00 sitting fee that covers up to 30 people in one portrait.  She said that she was unaware of a sitting fee and...

I told her it's on the certificate that she has and also it says total $16 meaning you pay $10 up front and $6 at the time of your photo shoot. Everything is on the certificate including NO REFUNDS! On the jpeg image of the certificate that [redacted] submitted to the Revdex.com, some pertinent information is covered up by the receipt. I'm not sure why someone would produce evidence and not show it all. However, I very calmly and politely heard [redacted] out and I tried to explain to her that all of her concerning questions were on the certificate that she had. Everyone pays a $6 sitting be before being photographed in the studio. I told her we would love to photograph her if she would like to keep her appointment, however there is still a $6 sitting fee. We also have our NO REFUND policy posted in our studio at the check in counter for customers. We have since reprimanded the employee and has also revised our $6 sitting fee acknowledgement with a customers signature due to this complaint. We strive very had to have excellent customer service and to listen to our customers or make any necessary changes if it poses a problem like this one. Best Regards,Loveable You Portrait Studios
