The management company sent an email that they would be keeping my security deposit and wanted months rent for breaking the leaseI responded and asked to point out in the lease where it said that and they never respondedJust as they never responded when they stole my headphones that were left there and I immediately emailed them aboutI gave them days notice I would be vacating and did not just up and leave townThey were horrible at addressing issues at the property and I never complainedEven when it took them weeks to send someone to fix my heaterThis management company is very unprofessional and thievesI moved in with trash all over the house and yard and had to contact them several times to come get itI left the house in better condition then I received it inThe blinds were broken and most of the windows in the house didn't lock or even openTheir solution to that was putting $screw on locks that they purchased from [redacted] I would advise anyone to think twice before renting from this companyTheir very shady and hard to get ahold of when you need somethingAnd to whoever STOLE my sons headphones I hope it was worth it

I responded and asked to point out in the lease where it said that and they never responded. Just as they never responded when they stole my headphones that were left there and I immediately emailed them about. I gave them 30 days notice I would be vacating and did not just up and leave town. They were horrible at addressing issues at the property and I never complained. Even when it took them 2 weeks to send someone to fix my heater. This management company is very unprofessional and thieves. I moved in with trash all over the house and yard and had to contact them several times to come get it. I left the house in better condition then I received it in.
