I am responding to complaint from *** *** made on April 18, 2017.He states that the rifle will not shoot properly and that we
have not been in contact with him*** *** has called him several times & even talked to *** *** on Thursday, Aril 20th about his gunHe told *** *** that he was going to take the gun to his Shooting school on April 21-& has it tested there for accuracy*** *** *** We received the letter from your company on the afternoon of the 20th. *** *** took the gun as promised & had his (6) students witness the firing of the rifle by *** *** who is an Expert Marksman & a Sharp ShooterWe used the customer’s own ammunition he provided & did not alter the gun in any way to see how it performedThere were shots fired & they all landed in the same areaI have provided the target that was used & it is signed by all in the class & one individual even put his phone number on the target in case *** *** has any questionsThe gun was shot from YardsThe gun performed perfectly. We are planning to do what the customer would want to make him happyIf he still wants a refund, we will do so. Thank you for your time, Debbie O***

I am rejecting this response because:All this proved is that the load I provided is in fact an accurate load and it contradicts the owner's response that I was not reloading them properly.The business owner only fired shots.? My complaint was that the barrel is not accurate after shots 3/and that the bullets start to randomly wander (see target previously provided).? The owner admitted that they cannot warrant a barrel's accuracy after multiple shots.? Even with a fluted, ***? profile, heavy barrel.The business owner has not been able to accurately shoot the *** *** *** grain bullet that I requested the barrel be developed and built for.? This was the primary bullet that I wanted the barrel to shoot.The issue of the poor snake skin etching on the barrel has not been addressed.I will accept the business owner offer for a full refund for the amount of $1,354.95? under the following conditions:Upon confirmation of acceptance, I will drop off the original barrel and request that the business owner PROPERLY reinstall the original barrel and adjust the headspace as required at no charge.? As I've suffered financial loss and loss of my rifle over the course of the past months.I also expect to have returned the reloading components and dies that I provided to them.I request that the completion time for the barrel swap and full refund? be no longer than one week from the date I drop off the original barrel.If this is completed I will have no ill feelings towards the business owner and will be pleased with his efforts to correct this and make me a happy customer
