In January they confirmed my trip through a phone call and I changed my method of payment to a different credit card. On March 14, 2016, the property company cancelled my vacation. This cancellation was less than 2 weeks from the vacation date. They offered me 3 different options in a different city, promising an even swap. When looking at the properties, I went through the booking process and learned they were all of lesser value than the condo I had booked in Fort Dalton Beach. Furthermore, Susie did nothing to help with the situation. She was cold and unattached. After nine hours of searching, I was able to secure a condo through another property company. The condo was $200 more due to the late reservation. Realjoy vacations was not willing to make up this difference. Furthermore, the refund is still not in my possession and it has been 14 days. I notified them and they promised me a refund by Wednesday. This is beyond the 10 business days promised in their contract. I looked to write a review on their website and the cowards do not allow reviews unless you actually stay in their property. I feel that other unwilling vacationers have the right to know what a poor public relations and policy company this is.
