Really Good Stuff

I purchased several items from this business on 7/15/2019 on their online website. When I went to check out with my ***, there was an error with their system and I was not able to check out. However, one of the items in my cart that was on sale went back to its original price and was no longer giving me the correct price. I contacted their customer service representative via an online chat service and they told me to go ahead and check out and pay full price for the item and they would manually adjust the price while my order is processing. I went ahead and checked out. When I hit check out my cart had free shipping on it. I have paper receipt and email proof that my cart had free shipping on it. After two weeks that I placed the order I noticed that my credit card had still been charged the incorrect amount. I messaged them to find out what was going on and they told me the price for my item had been adjusted and they sent me an itemized receipt. On the receipt, I realized that they had added a $20 shipping charge. This shipping charge was added manually after I placed my order and is not on my original receipt. I messaged them back to let them know that I shouldn’t have been charged shipping and when I checked out I was not charged shipping and it clearly stated I received free shipping with my order. They told me one of my items did not qualify for free shipping. I messaged them back with pictures of my original receipts and told them I did not authorize the $20 shipping charge, nor was I aware of it as when I checked out it stated I had free shipping. I asked them to please remove the unauthorized charge. This company has refused to respond to any of my emails. I have contacted them twice over a two week spand. I was charged a shipping fee that I did not agree to and was added to my account days after I placed my order.
