Mr. [redacted] signed up with on May 26, 2016 for our Local SEO Services. From this date forward we began working on his listing and creating citations to improve the ranking of his Google My Business (GMB) page....

The GMB we created can be viewed here - [redacted] On June 21, 2016 we contacted Mr. [redacted] to provide him with logins to our online portal so that he could view real time ranking of his business. On that date he was ranking fist page for "Appliance Repair" and "Dishwasher Repair". We also advised him that his current website had broken links and needed to be updated. This can be viewed here - [redacted]/. We advised him that we could create a new website for him but he insisted that we do this for free. On December 15, 2016 Mr. [redacted] sent us an email requesting to cancel. We cancelled his account and have not charged him since.
Mr. [redacted] is requesting that we settle this by stopping future charges and issuing him credits for unauthorized charges. We have cancelled his account and no further charges will be made; however, we did not make any unauthorized charges. We charged Mr. [redacted] $129 a month which was what he agreed to. Additionally, Mr. [redacted] is still taking advantage of the GMB page we created and the citation that were made on his behalf. We did not remove any of his listing from the Internet.
So, at this time we fell that this matter has been resolved.
Thank you

Dear Revdex.com,
We are sorry that Mr. [redacted] is receiving calls for services he doesn't offer, but this is by no wrongdoing on our part. We categorized Mr. [redacted]'s business appropriately, but do to the word "Junk" appearing in his business name, website, and keywords, there is a chance...

he can show up in the results pages for other junk related terms. What Mr. [redacted] failed to mention is that through our efforts we achieved a number one ranking for his main key terms "junk collection", "trash collection", and "garbage collection" and an increase in calls for these services. We have attached a copy of his ranking report to show the results of this campaign. Mr. [redacted] is requesting that we fix something that isn't broken. The only alternative is to remove all of the positive listings we have created, and Mr. [redacted] can contact us directly to do this. This is not a valid complaint and should be removed from our records.
Sincerely,
RealMAD Local

[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]

Regards,

I have read the letter and do not agree with it number one because it was not because of a competitor I do plan on using another company who was cheaper I was charged 4 times total they took money from my account on 9/24 10/10 10/24 and 11/24 I have spoken with my bank and they agreed this company promised me alot and did absolutely nothing they said they were going to do and never responded to emails or phone calls which I have all documented I just hope that other small business owners will stay far away from this company

To Whom It May Concern:We have reviewed the response from [redacted] and would like to respond to her message. First off, we do not believe that we have done anything wrong. Our terms of service are located at - [redacted]/ and are referenced on our contract. Section 2.3 of our terms states, "Cancellation of out of term month to month service can be made by fax ([redacted]) or by email [redacted]. Cancellation of service must be received 30 days prior to your anniversary billing date via signed fax or email". The reason we are referencing this is because [redacted] sent in her cancellation request on September 30th which is her anniversary date and this is the reason she was charged. With that said we have decided to issue a credit to [redacted] for the one charge made on September 30th as a good faith gesture. Sincerely,Real Mad Local

Dear Sirs,

[redacted] signed up for our Local SEO Services on September 24, 2013 for his business [redacted]. On this date Mr. [redacted] agreed to our terms and our three month commitment. On November 18th, Mr. [redacted] called to cancel because he was offered a similar service...

from a competitor for a lower monthly fee. We advised Mr. [redacted] that he was welcome to work with the other company; however, he was still within his three month commitment and was not entitled to a refund. Mr. [redacted] stated in his complaint that he made three payments and we continued to charge his account. This statement could not be further from the truth. Mr. [redacted] signed up on September 24, 2013, his second payment was made on October 24th, and the third payment was made November 24th, and no further payments were made. We feel that it is unfair on Mr. [redacted]'s part to submit a complaint to the Revdex.com for having to fulfill the terms of a service he agreed to. Having a business of his own, Mr. [redacted] should understand the impact a complaint can have. Especially an unwarranted complaint. We recently received a dispute from Mr. [redacted]'s credit card services in reference to the charge Mr. [redacted] has complained about, and so we will be dealing with them directly.

Sincerly,

RealMAD Local
