Review: Realtime Media and [redacted] had a promotion set up on Facebook for a new product called "BB Cream", in order to get this product for free and other prizes ppl had to answer daily questions, post photo's of specifics (something different all the time), answer these questions correctly we would earn points, post a correct photo we would earn points, points could be redeemed for the BB Cream, Key chains, magnets, gift cards. At first the promo was to end May 17th 2013 in which in their rules you would be sent out your prize once you redeemed your points, on May 7th 2013 I redeemed 700 points for a yr supply of BB cream, oil free, shade medium, and got an email confirma number [redacted], that I would receive my product in 6-8 weeks, so many partic were getting their items and leaving "thanks yous" on the FB page, and so many partici were asking "where is my cream it's been 2 months", etc....I was one asking "where is my cream" Then they decided to extend the promotion till june 3rd, and also changed the "rules" without telling us, now the rules said if you redeemed points for an item, it will be sent out after the promo end date of June3rd 2013, and you will receive it in 6-8 weeks, but ppl were still posting on the page about getting their cream in the mail, and others complaining as well. For everyone that complained as to where their items were, they would say "we are filling and packing orders as fast as we can", that what they said all the time. Being it has been 2 months and 1 week I was frustrated, I called customer service where [redacted] 7/25/13 (###-###-####) found out that they ran out of the product which was causing the delay, but we were not told this ever, they alaways said they were shipping and packing as fast as they could. They literally stopped answering me on where my items were. So that brings me here, they have lied to me, ignored me,and not only that they have lied to all their customers who partic in this, I am furious a big company like them would do this. Many support docs if needDesired Settlement: I want my 1yr supply of BB cream, oil free, shade medium, the key chain, and the magnet I ordered using my points earned, I want them within the next 2 weeks, by Aug 8th 2013, I have waited long enough, they should have told participants they were out of stock, I would have understood then, but they kept saying "packing and shipping as fast as we can", and then ignoring me. This is a horrible way to treat customers, and also to change the rules and not tell us, not right at all.
