[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]They did come out and get the unit working again, and they brought a rental unit in case they couldn't fix the issueWe never received a response listing what they worked on, and what the root cause of the problem wasThey also responded slowly to our break down, and it took them approximately week to resolve the issueWe are still very concerned about the unit because it has broken down times, and each time it has been several days, to weeks for the unit to get fixedThe unit only has 65 hours on it in a years time, and it's supposed to be designed for hours annually in the contractWe are not sure how long the unit will run until it breaks down again, and we've received no follfrom the sales representativesWe also have a preventative maintenance agreement with the supplier, and they haven't performed pm over the last yearThe unit has broken down on the following dates: 9/4/2015, 10/19/2015, 11/11/2015, and 3/15/We expect more from a $26,unit
