no service at all!
I ordered a set of wheels for my f150 and received them in short order, which I thought was amazing. Only when they went to mount the wheels on my truck, two of them had the right bolt pattern and two didn't, even though all the boxes were marked identical. I called customer support and they told me they would send call tags so I could ship back the two wheels with the incorrect bolt pattern and that they would ship me replacement wheels. However, they never gave me a ticket number, just told me to watch my email for updates, which I never got. I called them again, and they told me the order was in progress and they were contacting the vendor of the wheels to get replacements. They told me to be patient and watch my email. I watched the email and got nothing again. I wrote them this morning and they tell me the ticket has been closed as DONE! I have not gotten a shipping notice or any other contact on my problem. I replied to their email, which it said to do if there was a problem, and got no response so far. I am not a 100% satisfied customer! In fact I'm not even a 1% satisfied customer. I have a truck sitting in the shop, waiting on the replacement rims, which I don't even know are coming, or that anything at all has been done about my problem!

Lip Service not Customer Service
3/1/2022...Posted a Complaint on BBB Orlando about this situation shown below. Real Truck in its usual fashion gave another heaping helping of "LIP SERVICE". My response I gave back to Real Truck was the customer service information to contact Rhino Racks USA in Colorado.

2/26/2022... After reading BBB reviews its apparent that they are a scam. They will string you along for 30 days then you can't return or get your money back. See below

02/25/2022...It has been over 3 weeks since I received a shorted and broken shipment. Real Truck has done nothing to replace or supply the broken and missing items. 3 weeks, 3 weeks, let me repeat that, 3 weeks.
Lip service instead of customer service.
Now they want me to reply but there's nowhere to reply to. How about an email address or is that too much to ask, must be?

RealTruck RipOff
Do not order anything via this company. I ordered car seats first week of Jan 2022 and still waiting. The front seats came within weeks, but I am still waiting for the rear seats. I called and emailed and spoke with fulfilment rep. They said the order was in the system but no tracking number. Maybe because the seats were still being made. OK. I'll wait a few more weeks. Here it is 2nd week of Feb, no seat covers. I call again and same story. The Order is in the system but no tracking number. After my last call they generated an email that said call in complaint resolved. SO as customers complain, they resolve within 24hrs and keep selling one seat for the price of two. The company is based in OK so that may explain the business practices.

THE WORST PLACE TO PURCHASE ANYTHING WITH. THEY SUCK! WILL NOT BACK THEIR PRODUCTS THEY WILL NOT RETURN ANY FUNDS ON THEIR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Frauds
The costumer service from this company sucks. I bought a set of Havoc running boards. They sent me the wrong passenger side running board. I have called them 3 times they tell me that someone will contact me back they never do they lie to me every time I call won’t give me a answer on what they are going to do to solve my issue I’ve tried Sending them a email they won’t respond to my emails. Don’t buy anything from this company

Buyer Beware
Make an online purchase and unfortunately I ordered the incorrect size part. I want to return it and order the correct size. I have contacted via email and phone multiple times for over a week. I finally did speak with someone in the wrong department who said he would pass along my info to the right department. That didnt happen. So I called again and finally spoke with someone new who said the same thing. That didnt happen either. All I need is a return label but no one will make this happen. I now have an extension number for someone named Amy who does not answer or return callseither. At this point I am going to give it one more day and if no success I will be contacting my credit card company who I am sure will then retract the payment which means they will not get their money and I will still have their product in hand. I wish I had read their reviews before making such purchase. Sounds like they are thieves.

File an action in Small Claims Court once Real Truck doesn't show-up they default. You win and can get your money back via your credit card company plus other damages.

THESE JOKERS SHOULD BE CALLED REAL SCHMUCK. I ORDERED A PRODUCT 7/8/2020, THIS WAS POSTED ON MY CREDIT CARD THE SAME DAY. TODAY IS 7/23/2020 AND AFTER MANY CALLS AND CORRESPONDENCES I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PRODUCT. I WILL SUBMIT A COMPLAINT TO MY STATE AG OFFICE, THE BBB, AS WELL AS MY LOCAL NEWS STATION CONSUMER ADVOCATE. THESE ROBBERS DESERVE A FULL COURT PRESS SO OTHERS DO NOT GET ROBBED.

Thieves
I purchased a pair of Spec-D crystal headlight housings from RealTruck in May 2020. I received them with a defective mounting location for the passenger side headlight bulb, rendering them unusable. I contacted “customer service” and provided all requested information for a return including multiple pictures of the housing, box, packaging, etc. After returning them and confirming that their vendor had received them, RealTruck decided to refund $53.03 of the original $135.09 purchase price. No explanation, never followed their posted return policy, no basis for basically stealing two thirds of my money. I am out $85.00 and have nothing to show for it and I assume RealTurck and Spec-D split the booty. Avoid there people; they do not care at all about their customers and are simply a rip off.

Hi [redacted] - I am very sorry for the mixup with this order and the trouble you are having with the cover I looked through the return correspondence and notes from when it occurred, it looks like there must have been some miscommunication between us, you and the manufacturer It looked to us like things were being taken care of and the manufacturer provided us tracking for the replacement clamps they sent to you After the clamps were sent we did not here anything back from you and assumed things were taken care of Its clear based on the comments above that is not the case however, and things were not resolved For that I apologize, we should have circled back and checked in with you to make sure the manufacturer was adequately taking care of your concerns I am going to reach out to this customer today and see if there is any interest in having a technical person from our office work with him to try an figure out what might be going on If he's not and still just would like the refund we will go ahead and process the refund Hope this helps, please let me know if there is anything we can do to help Thank You!

The customer did order online by himself and our website clearly shows that it does not fit his 5'7" bedThe part that he ordered is for the longer 6'7" bedUnfortunately, the manufacturer of this part will not accept the return and our return policy also states that we do not return items that have to ship freight, due to cost of shippingWe also have a day return policy and the customer received this item on 4/5/We tried to offer the customer a partial refund of $because we understand it is a costly mistake, that was not caused by us

Hello - I am very sorry for the mix up with this order The customer purchased a large item that required it to be shipped via a freight company rather than FedEx In other words - it needed to be delivered by semi or other large truck When this happens we instruct the freight carriers to contact our customers ahead of time regarding delivery and making sure to arrange a time the product can be delivered when the customer is available In this case there was a mix up or miscommunication of some sort in which the freight carrier either did not contact the customer, or had contact methods incorrect (wrong phone number, for example) Either way - we take responsibility for this happening Late Friday afternoon when realized the depth of the misunderstanding we did request a full refund be issued to this customer That refund was processed on our end this morningDepending on the financial institution the customer uses the credit may appear very quickly or there may be up to a several day delay to when the credit card company will show the refund to the customer.Again - we are very, very sorry this happened This isn't the level of service we aim to provide our customers We are following up with the freight company to determined what happened and get to the bottom of it so it doesn't happen again I hope this helps, if you need any further clarification please let me know We will also be reaching out to the customer to ensure everything is ironed out and we've made things right with her as best we are able
