be cancelled as they were denied from their lender for the loan to purchase the property. A client is given advice to stay employed, not switch jobs, and if they are to do so they are to let their lender know, as this issue does adversely affect the clients probability to obtain a loan and successfully close their escrow, which in this circumstance the customers failure to disclose proper information, led to their cancellation of escrow.
