[redacted] came out and stole my no trespassing signs and stakes with letters from our lawyers not to touch the signs again. Took it all up and stole them. Then she added her own sign, different from ours. She is 39 feet over the property line with her sign at our driveway. I cannot believe you allow your agents such criminal activity.

I rented a house that was managed by Realty Executives for 2 years. Never late on the rent and kept the house sparkling clean and did a thorough cleaning upon departure. This company charged us for a sink that had some stress cracks caused from being old and was due to normal wear and tear. I did not damage that sink in any way, yet they charged me for it. They took hundreds of pictures of the house before I moved in yet they couldn't show me a picture of the sink proving that it did not have the stress fractures in it when I moved in. When I informed them that I was going to get some legal advice, they threatened to withhold my deposit refund check. They were rude and nasty with me whenever I phoned them. I was going to start looking for a realtor to purchase a new home... but I would NEVER EVER use this Realty Company... nobody else should either.. they treat their clients and renters terribly.
BAD PEOPLE!!! YOUR SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!
