I am in receipt of the complaint from *** ***Before I address his issues I would like it known that at no time did ***
*** reach out to me, the owner of the companyThe first I learned of any dissatisfaction was when I received the letter from the Revdex.com*** *** alleges the following: My agent, Brenda A*** was aware that there were mold issues and did not disclose themThat Brenda was aware that the windows in the house were not properly functionalThat he was forced to pay an additional $2,for the realtor feeThat Brenda is highly unprofessionalI will address these in orderBrenda A*** and Realty Executives have no evidence and have never had evidence of any mold in this house, nor has *** *** offered anyIn fact, *** *** signed his lease on May **, 20**That lease included (in paragraph 26) the following wording: "Condition of PropertyTenant stipulates, represents and warrants that tenant has examined the property and that they are at the time of this agreement in good order, repair, and in a safe, clean, and tenantable conditionTenant has been provided the opportunity to have the property inspected for mold and or waves the opportunity to have the property inspected for same.” Paragraph also addresses the issue of the windowsContrary to *** ***'s assertion that he was forced to pay an extra $2,for the realtor fee, in fact, *** *** paid $1,The landlord paid the other $1,(I have copies of both checks)It is customary in our marketplace that the landlord and the tenant each pay half the realtor fee*** ***'s claim that Brenda is highly unprofessional is inaccurate and unfoundedI have worked with Brenda for more than three years and have found her work to be exemplaryUntil *** ***'s complaint, I have never had a client speak a bad word about BrendaThe facts are these: *** *** has offered no proof of the existence of mold being present prior to his occupying the houseBrenda A*** and Realty Executives did not conceal anything from *** ***, nor has *** *** offered proof that anything was concealed from himIn fact, we presented to him, and he signed, the disclosures (Sprinkler, Lead Paint, Agency) that we are, by law, required to provide*** *** signed the lease that had been provided by the landlordIncluded in that at least was a provision that attests that he was satisfied with the condition of the house and that he was entitled to test for moldThese facts clearly show that *** ***’s complaint against Brenda A*** and Realty Executives is without meritI’d like to address *** ***’s final point*** *** writes that it "is common knowledge around town that tenants have moved out of this house before for mold issues… Even the pool company told me recently that no one stays in this house long as it has major mold issues in the basement"Rentals, especially of houses, are typically short termA temporary job assignment, a relocation where the transferee wants to learn about the area prior to buying, a future buyer repairing credit before being able to get a mortgage are some of the reasons people rent houses for relatively short periodsThe tenants previous to *** *** did vacate the property after only three months (2/**-5/**) but it was not because of moldThey were a couple that broke up not long after moving inOne party moved out, the second party could not afford the house, and the landlord agreed to let them out of their obligationThe previous tenant to them lived in the house for a year, as did the tenant prior to themNo one raised the issue of mold with usWe will not be issuing any refund to *** ***

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The highly unprofessional response of this Realty Company speaks volumes as to the low ebb thinking and attitudeTo call someone a lier and uncredible is not professional nor does it speak to any licensed company handling a matter with grace and dignityI never made a statement that the company has other complaints with the Revdex.com I clearly stated it was on their Facebook page
Also this is proof that they are simply twisting things to make it confusing and to blame me for there bad business practicesUsing such language as “why did he run off to the Revdex.com” is a very immature statement to makeI CLEARLY made many, many, many attempts to communicate with the Realtor that represents this company to no avail
This realty company is standing behind a cover up, it is clear the basement has mold and has a history of moldThe house was rented by Brenda according to her own confession each timeShe was clearly aware of the issues with the home and why it was vacatedShe was clearly aware from day one the owner required the tenant to pay a realtor fee and she clearly represented to me that I DID NOT have to pay a realtor fee and then she waited until I moved into the home and then requested payment for a realtor feeThe realty company call people liers but according to the reviews that were posted on their facebook page other people have complained of lousy service or non service from this company
I have better things to do with my time than rent places and move for no reasonThe pool company had no reason to lie about the house having a history of mold as they serviced the pool to all of the revolving tenantsIt is only ethical, honest and professional for my realtor fee to be refunded as it was ascertained in a very deceptive and agrressive manner
If this company cared to satisfy its’ customers it would have handled this compliant with professionalism and courtesy and not disparaging comments and attacking a person and their integrityI WILL NOT accept their response, I continue to request a refund to be satisfied with this matter
In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above
Sincerely,

I am in receipt of [redacted]’s rejection of my response to his original complaint. In my response I addressed, point by point, each of [redacted]'s complaints. I believe it speaks to the emptiness of his claim that [redacted] does not address any of the mistakes/misrepresentations of his I pointed out in my original rebuttal. For example: 1. In his original complaint, [redacted] claims he was forced to pay $2100 for the realtor fee. I pointed out this is not correct and he paid only $1050. [redacted] did not dispute my claim. 2. In his original complaint, [redacted] claims a) there was mold in the house, and b) Brenda A[redacted] knew about it and did not disclose it. He offered no proof then that there was mold in the house at the time he signed the lease nor did he offer any proof that Ms. A[redacted] had any knowledge of the presence of mold. In his rebuttal he still does not offer any proof. 3. I pointed out that [redacted] signed a lease that contained a provision stating he had checked out the house and everything was to his liking and that he could test for mold. Once again [redacted] is silent to the facts. To support our claim I offer evidence in the form of [redacted]’s check, written in his own hand, which proves he lied in his original complaint when he said he paid a $2100 realtor fee. I also include the relevant pages of his lease, signed by him, that proves he was aware of his rights. And what does [redacted] offer? Unsupported self-serving claims and hearsay in the form of Facebook posts (which must be true because everything posted on Facebook is true, right?) and comments from an unnamed pool guy (again, no proof of either). Consider also that [redacted] did not file his complaint (I am assuming it was filed just prior to my receiving it) until nearly 10 months after he moved in. If the summer heat was so unbearable, why is it just now he’s raising the issue? Also, why is it that [redacted] never tried to reach out to me, the owner of the company? Doesn’t it make sense that before running off to the Revdex.com he would have given me the opportunity to hear him out? Also, why does [redacted] state that there have been other complaints about my company to the Revdex.com when he knows that statement to be false and that it can be easily verified by checking the Revdex.com website? [redacted] has not shown himself to be a credible complainant. He has lied on at least two occasions (the claim that other complaints had been made against us to the Revdex.com and the amount he paid for the broker fee). Further, he did not address any of the points I made in my original complaint where I pointed out where he was wrong. His claim has no merit. Furthermore I resent this attempt at extortion. I will not be issuing any refund to [redacted].

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[Your Answer Here]
None of the statements made from this realty company is true and the landlord and Brenda A[redacted] are friends and clearly knew the issues with the home and rented it without disclosure of mold. It does not surprise me that this company would make the statements made as they are engaging in a cover up. This matter is not resolved to my satisfaction until I receive a refund. This company has previous complaints listed on its facebook page for being very unprofessional.
