My partner and I have listed property for sale in Atlanta,Georgia and were contacted by Realty Gold Team Agency on April 4, 2020 regarding the sale.A rental deposit payment in the amount of $14,600.00 was deposited into the wrong bank account and was discussed and agreed on April 16, 2020 that a bank reversal be issued into the proper account. The real estate agent has paid herself commission in the amount of $3,400.00 and we have NOT received our payment as well as the tenant/landlord contract provided by the realtor agency.
Other (requires explanation) We are requesting our money be paid immediately into the proper account as well as the tenant/landlord rental agreement copy!
A police report has been filed against Realty Gold Team Inc with the Atlanta Police Dept on May 8, 2020 and an arrangement for the rental deposit amount of $14,600.00 has been made., however, we have not received the tenant/landlord contract copy as of yet and the tenant has occupied the residence on May 1, 2020.
This is confirmed a TROLL post- user has never been a client. Information provided by the posting board has shown this is a smear attempt originated by an unknown fake user. Post has been requested to be removed.
