Dear Revdex.com Mediator,
I think Mr. Michael [redacted] of Realty Group misunderstood my kindness and is trying to take advantage on it. He knows that I am a woman that doesn't know much about the American system for he knows that I am a minority. First of all, I believed his words because I thought I was talking to a respectable business person, but instead he turn around and try to used my kindness against me. The email that he included in his reply to my complaint was a nice email that I sent to him after he agreed in a previous email message to cancel the original contract and allow me to refinance my home.
Before I signed the original contract with Realty Group, I was very clear that I only wants to sign a 2 month contract with them, but their agent Shanna [redacted] in whom I work with directly, she assured me verbally that I could cancel it anytime as I wish and 6 months will allow us to take care of some issues that may come up in the future. It sounded reasonable to me at that moment, since then we only had a handful of showing and no offer being made. 45 days later after I signed that agreement I told my agent Shanna [redacted] that after seeing what's out the market right now and the value of the houses out there is nothing compare to what I already have, and I changed my mind and I want to keep my house for my family. I asked her to cancel my agreement and pull my house out from the market. July 13, 2015 when I discuss it with her over the phone, followed by text messages and emails on July 15,17 and so on( email attachment 1) Until now, August 5, 2015 still haven't done. They make it so easy for me to get into bondage with them but they make it so difficult for me to get out from it. When my fiancee [redacted] tried to help me and make contacts with Mr. [redacted] and his company Realty Group on my behalf because number one, he knows better than I do when it comes to legal rights and we are in this together from the very beginning and Mr. [redacted] knows that. We both signed the first page on file on the resent sign agreement( attachment 2) But, Mr. [redacted] and Realty Group demanded me that I have to handle this alone with them,(attachment 3) that itself is fishy to me but I made a concessions because I want to get this done as soon as possible. After filing a complaint with this organization Revdex.com, Mr. [redacted] and the Realty Group harassed me by telling me that its a SLANDER,(attachment 4)and demanded me not to participate on this. Mr. [redacted] is trying to take my freedom and my legal rights as a citizen. Mr. [redacted] and Realty Group also accusing me and putting into my throat that I sold my house already(attachment 5/6) but I challenge Mr. [redacted] to secure an agreement of purchase as proofs of his allegation, if he can produce one I would be amazed, but I guarantee that he can't find one because what Mr. [redacted] and his company's are saying from the start I find it so untrue. Based on our communications via emails, I thought that he was sincere and true of his proposal, and that we had a clear understanding that they will cancel my agreement with them and allowing me to refinance my house using my fiancee's VA benefits as long as my name will be added to the title in a very short period of time(attachment 7/8). But the new agreement that Mr. [redacted] wants me to sign has nothing that we ever talk about.( attached email: final proposal from Mike and attached pdf: Cancellation of Listing Agreement - new)Instead of this agreement including provisions to let me refinance with my fiancee [redacted] on the title, they word it so that if I include anybody on the title with me when I refinance that they would to get a commission on it. Obviously, Mr. [redacted] and his company's are trying to take advantage to someone like me hoping that I will just sign it and not reading it.I am aware that there's some businesses in this world that will scam and take advantage on people camouflaging their services, but I'm not here to judge. I am here to find answers. Your honor, its all up to you to judge what kind of business ethics and practices this Realty Group has, but, I strongly believed that my rights, my freedom and even my safety are on at risk for as long as I am still in bondage with this company. I completely lost my trust with this company. I want nothing but to void my original listing agreement with them, nothing more and nothing less.
