I am rejecting this response because:the only credit report received was for [redacted]. I paid $30 for a credit report, as did [redacted] and we would like to see them. We have since moved to a new address ([redacted]) and would like our credit reports forwarded to our new home to settle this case.

We mailed their refund for overpaid application fees on 5/15/2015. I have attached a copy. The check is paid to the order of [redacted], the women whom Ms. [redacted] was applying for the property with.  We mailed their credit reports, along with an official denial letter on 5/27/2015. I...

have attached the top portion of the letter to show the date stamp from our credit reporting company on the top. I blocked out most of this letter due to privacy concerns.  We would be more then happy to re-send them a copy of their credit reports and re-issue their $15 refund check, via USPS first class mail.

Review: My complaint actually covers many issues, but I'll bundle it up to Service Issues. On April 29, 2015 my two roommates and I found a home to rent through Realty Management Company and submitted applications along with fees for a credit report. We were told the credit report would become our property and given to us after it was used for the application. We misunderstood the price of the fee which was supposed to be $30 each and submitted $105 total ($35 each). After about a week and a half, Realty Management Company called and said we didn't get the house "due to bad credit". We asked that the credit reports and overpayment be returned to us. It has now been over a month since that original request. We have made numerous calls to Realty Management Company and gotten only voice mail. We made 5 phone calls to Realty Management Company where we got through to a live person and requested the credit reports and money and each time were told they would mail it that day. The last time they said they were mailing it was one week ago today. Their location is less than 15 miles from our home, it shouldn't take that long to get here. I tried call immediately before I filed this report and got another voice mail. By the way, we have since gotten other credit reports and each report showed that NONE of us have any bad reports on our credit. My credit score is in the 'excellent' range and my roommates are in the 'average' range. .Desired Settlement: I want them to [redacted] a copy of our Credit Reports and Refund Check for $15 to our present home at their expense.
