Realty ONE Group has over 500 agents licensed with them.  This complaint has absolutely nothing to do with The [redacted] Team.  We are all independent contractors.  I don't even know this agent!!!  Please make sure it is removed from our account.  It's very disturbing that if a...

complaint is filed with any agent within the Realty ONE Group it could be reflected on our membership.  Could someone please communicate with me so that I know it will be removed from The [redacted] Team account.Thank you[redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Hello, have not heard any response since my conversation with Mr [redacted] I never received my paperwork of the property of 2790 documents I  have signed with Mr [redacted]! Which he stated to Mr [redacted] that he prepares after closing escrow statements! When I sat down with Mr [redacted] and he was aware of the situation and very Clear I did not have any paperwork as he spoke with Mr [redacted] (per telephone call ) as I was sitting in the same room having this conversation, after phone call Mr [redacted] proceeded the conversation with me and stated he would gather my paperwork and call me within a few days , still no paperwork! Money I'm not worried about being the company has lack of loyalty nor acknowledges there clients! I'm sure there going to need it much more! So if someone can send me my paperwork I have signed would be great to me Mrs [redacted] thanks .

Dear Revdex.com representative,
Ms. [redacted] was contacted the very same week that the complaint was sent to me. Upon receiving the complaint. I called Mr. [redacted] and spoke to him about this incident, as he is the direct supervisor for [redacted], an independent contractor. Mr. [redacted]...

was already familiar with this incident. He indicated that he had already provided copies of all the documents that were requested several times. By law, we are required to keep all transactional documents for 4 years, so we would have no reason not to provide this information. If documents that are being requested do not exist, then we cannot generate them, because they never existed. So, I called Ms. [redacted] after my investigation of facts and explained to her our position. However, she was really not listening and her motivation is to get money from us. Monies that we did not receive. Her expectations are not realistic.
As for finding a new home, the statements that Ms. [redacted] has made are completely unfounded. As an independent contractor [redacted] only gets paid when a transaction is completed. When we sold Ms. [redacted]'s home we had a signed contract in which she was obligated to pay us a fee according to her contract. In this case we got paid and there are no issues. Before closing of the escrow [redacted] attempted to show replacements properties to Ms. [redacted] claims that on several occasions when they scheduled appointments there were other individuals that were accompanying Ms. [redacted] whose behaviors were less than professional and cordial, and creating a very uncomfortable conditions during the showings. On several other occasions when [redacted] attempted to schedule an appointment, Ms. [redacted] stated that she was looking at properties with other agents and she did not have time. In our business, as I mentioned before, we only get paid if we complete a transaction and if a client decides not to be LOYAL and use the services of another agent, we have basically wasted a lot of effort, resources and time. After the unacceptable behavior that was observed by us and the lack of loyalty and commitment to working with us, exclusively, our agent [redacted] decided to discontinue wasting time to arrange for showing Ms. [redacted] properties and allow her to continue working with the other agents that she had shown interest in working with. Her claim that we owe her money for her inability to find a home with the other agents in a timely manner, is not our problem, and we wish her the very best in her future endeavors.Thank you, and please let me know if I can be of any assistance.Sincerely.[redacted]

These claims are ridiculous. The customer already has been given a copy of every document in her file. Every time a customer signs a piece of paper, they are given a copy of that signed document. If there are any documents that she claims she needs, please provide a list. For example, if she needs a copy of her listing contract again, she has to state I want the copy of my listing contract, etc.Thank you

Review: [redacted], a Realtor at this branch of Realty One along with her son put down a non refundable deposit to purchase my home at [redacted]. [redacted] Way [redacted], Az [redacted] The purchase agreement signed states that the deposit is non refundable if buyer cancels the contract. The contract was cancelled by the buyer and they called the bank to put a stop payment on the check that was being held by the title company. After being contacted by my Realtor the money was eventually returned to the title company. However, [redacted] brought over an "inspector, roofer" who said there was previous water damage stains to many rooms in the home. I have owned this home since it was built and I have never had any water damage at all, anywhere in the house. I provided a copy of a previous inspection to [redacted] that does not mention any water stained or damage in anywhere in the house. I provided this to [redacted] because I think it is the right thing to do. She shows up with an apparent "inspector/roofer" with apparently 20 experience in the field. I sent a text to the alleged inspector/roofer [redacted] asking for the name of the company he has been an inspector/roofer for because I was going to file a complaint with that company to the Revdex.com as well as the complaint against [redacted]. As of the time I am writing this complaint I have yet to be provided the information from [redacted]. [redacted] and [redacted] shoed up just minutes apart. Now the apparent inspector/roofer showed up with a truck with no logo on it, no ladder, and no id or business card saying he was a roofer/contractor. My wife and I left for 27 minutes after they arrived, and 27 minutes later when we returned they were gone. My previous inspection lasted almost 3 hours, and apparently this guy did a home and roof inspection in 27 minutes or less. After that my realtor gets an email from [redacted] forwarded to her apparently by Mr. [redacted] with no letterhead or company stationary on the letter. [redacted] uses this information to try and get her non refundable deposit back. Because she keeps making all of the false statements, the title company won't release her deposit to either the seller or the buyer. I invite any inspector or roofer to show up at my home un-announced and see obvious signs of past (or present) water damage because it doesn't exist. This is being dragged out because [redacted] wants a non refundable deposit back. That's what all if this boils down to. [redacted] read the contract before signing it and now is trying to find a way out of it. Sorry [redacted], the contract is signed. And you being a Realtor should know what you signed since it's the business you are in.Desired Settlement: For [redacted] to honor the written contract she signed that states the money goes to the seller because the buyer broke the contract. I am going through the Revdex.com to try and get this resolved, however I am also planning on contacting 3 On Your Side and taking this public to expose Ms. [redacted] if she does not honor the contract she signed. She has not done anything other than making false statements about me trying to hide something (water damage) that does not and never has existed.

Review: We purchased a home on 12/17/13 from a realtor, who goes by the name of [redacted] or [redacted], who at the time was employed by Realty One and was the owner of the home. The realtor representing us, [redacted], is still a current realtor for realty one.The realtor [redacted] who sold us the home, while a employee at Realty one, is now employed as a realtor at [redacted] or [redacted]Prestige Brokers4202 N. 44th Dt.Phoenix Arizona 85018Phone number is 480 452 6227http://bidprestige.com/contact-us/The realtor who sold us the home [redacted] or [redacted] Yancey. Advertised on multiple listing service that the property we purchased that the square footage of home was 2874 per architect. We have contacted [redacted] but he has refused to provide up with the name of this architect resulting in a significant discrepancy in square footage as had been advertised on MLS. Mr. [redacted] also had out blueprints plans during open house with "city of Phoenix approved stamp." Plans that were submitted to city did not have architect name or stamp although this is how Mr. [redacted] advertised the home. We have asked for this set of blue prints but Mr. [redacted] has been unable to provide this set of approved blueprints. He also failed to disclose there was a permit with the city of Phoenix that was never closed and none of the inspections have been cleared on the remodel.Desired Settlement: We would like Realty One/[redacted] or [redacted] to; 1. Explain the shortage and discrepancy of 600 gross livable square feet.2. We want Realty/[redacted] and [redacted] to made all repairs to close permit and receive final approval from the city. 3. For [redacted] or Realty one to provide the name of the architect that drafted or made the plans that reported stated a square footage of 2874. If this cannot be located or demonstrated we want additional square footage added to home to 2874SQ.

I was told he would take care of this issue and get back to me in a few days, Still no documents nor calls!! To make it worse was referred to this company big mistake, left me and my family homeless and to stay at a hotel for a month until my new realtor decided to take action and clean up the mess of my old realtor [redacted] which he cost me close to $6,000 for me and my family to live!! And to find a new home on our own. Decided to go with a different realty group & realtor due to the realtor laziness and lack of thoughtfulness!!
