I've assessed the situation and first of all [redacted] was never involved with anything you called in on.  When a call comes in about a repair need, we send a request to certain maintenance people which we did after your first call.  Let me remind you that as a tenant you should be calling your...

landlord for anything of your concern.  I have listened to your extreme vulgarity to this office and it has prompted me to call [redacted] for the record.  Threats over the air waves aren't taken lightly.  I would request you never call this office again because we won't respond to you.  If you attorney wants to call our attorney let me know.  I'm sure they would like to hear your voice mails.

I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] has engaged in intimidation under false pretenses and attempted to harm me personally and professionally by making a false report to [redacted], who have taken absolutely no action against me, nor will they, because I did nothing illegal.  A curse word is not a threat.  [redacted] DID send me an e-mail entitled "Cease and Deceased" which is either a sign of her complete lack of common sense and intelligence, and/or it was an implied threat to my physical safety.  It is [redacted] and [redacted] who made illegal threats not me.  [redacted] also fails to respond to the fact that I did contact my landlord and the landlord did tell them to take action, and they STILL failed to meet their responsibilities, so his proposed "solution" is no solution at all because neither [redacted] nor [redacted] have any accountability to the people they live off of and haven't done an honest day of work in their miserable lives.  [redacted] and [redacted] have records of overt discrimination and harassment against disabled people, and [redacted] has a criminal record.  I do not have a criminal record, nor have I ever been sued for disability discrimination.  [redacted] and [redacted] both have those distinctions.  Therefore, their credibility in this matter is less than zero.  [redacted] needs to understand that when he violates the ADA and harasses disabled people, disabled people get upset and will fight back and call him out.  They may even use profanity.  There is nothing vulgar in fighting for the rights of the disabled.  [redacted] better loosen his poser cowboy hat and think again.  His conduct is far more vulgar than any curse word.  It is also illegal, stupid, and immoral.  That is the height of vulgarity, not a curse word used justifiably to call out a bigot and a criminal.[redacted] and [redacted] need to clean up their acts - stop harassing people who simply ask them to do their jobs.  [redacted] can stop physically stalking me too - as she did on July 19 at the [redacted] and [redacted] near the HOA.  She was practically blowing in my ear behind me at the [redacted] and staring at me in a stupid hostile way.  Pretty sure that was our dear old criminal [redacted], because no one else would be that stupid.  [redacted] and [redacted] are very nasty people who apparently believe it is their right to harass disabled people who only ask them to do their jobs and observe the laws the rest of us observe every bloody day.  They think they are immune, lord knows why, but they will hoist themselves on their own petards if they persist in this fashion.  Not everyone is as nice or forgiving as I am.  ADA attorneys make a lot of money just looking for the smallest ADA infractions to sue over and make big bucks.  [redacted] needs to get educated about such people, because I suspect he'd make a very juicy target for such attorneys.My requests for resolution (written apology, training, etc.) stand.  These people are apparently not bright enough to not act on their bigotry.  They will get busted sooner or later and pay for the nasty, harassing things they do.  That is not a threat.  It is a legal and life reality.  It won't be me because I have too much going on in my life to waste it suing these goobers, but there are plenty of folks who make a living at that kind of thing.  So better they just apologize for their silliness and get some training so they don't do this stupid stuff anymore and get on with getting their lives right with God.If I do get any more nonsense out of these two, the [redacted] is just waiting to hear about it though.  [redacted] knows who they are.  They've sued him before for harassing a disabled veteran.  That's just the kind of good ol' boy [redacted] is.
