Review: Immediately after moving out of this unit, I contacted [redacted], my realtor contact, concerning mailing the remainder of my mail (just after filling out a change of address on [redacted]) He said "I'll go over and check the box and send you what's there." on October 20th via text messaging. I had not received my mail for several weeks after the aforementioned conversation, and messaged [redacted] on 11/2 but did not receive a response. I then messaged [redacted] a third time to which he responded "I'll have to check with [redacted] (part of Realty Services). I left it to her. Getting married today, so you can remind her via email [redacted]." I then e-mailed [redacted] who responded with "I'm sorry [redacted] but he never informed me of that. You can contact the main post office on [redacted] about getting it forwarded. Let me know if you have any questions. Have a great day!"

There seems to be quite a bit of miscommunication and a lack there of from a tenant standpoint. I took the proper precautions and utilized [redacted] to register my new address. I would greatly appreciate my mail delivered within the next week.Desired Settlement: I have yet to receive my mail and need it delivered as soon as possible.

The complainant notified my property manager that she wished for her mail to be sent to her. This request was made after she had vacated the apartment. The property manager was in the process of getting ready for his wedding and honeymoon and did not retrieve her mail. She was referred to my assistant who picked up the mail and notified the complainant that we would forward the mail if the complainant paid for the postage. I measured the stack of mail and it measures over 4 inches in height and contains 10 magazines, one box and other assorted mail. We threw out more than 12 pieces of junk mail.The complainant has never responded to the message that we would forward her mail if she provided payment for the post office. The only response we have received was the letter of complaint we received from the Revdex.com which I find to be frivolous and unnecessary. We are holding this mail but I feel no obligation to pay for it to be delivered to her new address.
