I have been dealing with this company for the past two weeksThey were handling a recent closing on one of our houses Considering that our new residence is over two hours away, the fact that this closing was rescheduled times is highly inconvenient Also, each side of the closing was scheduled at two different times, days apartThis is a practice that I have never even heard of occurring I have never dealt with such an unprofessional organization Trying to get in contact with anyone from this company was incredibly difficult On the third time that they rescheduled the closing on the buyer's side, they informed us the next day (after we had been told we could pick up our check the following day) that there was a "typo" on the paperwork, and they still did not have our checkThe only way we knew about this is because I had to call SEVERAL timesThey had made no attempt to contact me I can not emphasize enough how horrible it was to have dealings with this company Selling a home is difficult enough, especially when you are doing it from hours away Having to drive back and forth each day because the closing was rescheduled times is unacceptable We did not receive contact from the company or the realtor This has been an absolute nightmare to deal with this companyThis has taken time away from my family and been nothing but problems and issues
