I'm sorry I didn't have the same pleasant experience. It was everything but that. It started after we signed a contract to work with reality warehouse. As soon as we signed we found it very difficult to get answers regarding our file as we were pressed for time. I had to go as far as to speak with the owner or someone who said he was the owner. It didn't really change, we found it very difficult to speak with someone to get an update. we even left text messages that got no response.
The relocation women called us but had all the wrong information and had no idea what we were looking for. When I called to find out why she had the wrong information they said my file had not been finished. Strange? I think so . We were told things that did not happen .When the contracts for the short sale came out the attorney reality warehouse got for us wanted us to sign the contracts without going over it with us.
We needed a amendment to be added to the contract but the attorney didn't do it luckily for us my wife was smart enough to hand write it in . If she didn't do it we would have been on the hook for something reality warehouse said from the begging we wouldn't have to do.
When the buyers wouldn't agree to it I tried to call everyone at reality warehouse to let them know we wouldn't sign the contract as stated I got no return call or no return text. That has been the story through this whole process. Finally I sent an email to everyone involved letting them know we aren't signing the contract as stated , I got a return email that they were closing the case.
Just an overall unpleasant experience. If you work with them get everything that is said in written via text or email.

I had been trying to get my house sold for almost 5 years. The first person kept telling to be patient which after 3 yrs. my patience was gone. The second person actually scammed me and took control of my house. Somehow, he conjured up a fraudulent deed and was collecting rent on my house without my knowledge. Every time I contacted him he would tell me he was still working on it. When I started working with Vatt at Realty Warehouse, everything changed. She kept me updated on everything going on.
