On April Realty World Advantage property management department did a scheduled walk of the of the units located at [redacted] N [redacted] Ave(Tenants were given a hrnotice)On that walk the condition of unit G was very dirty and not well keptPer the lease agreement the tenants are to keep the premises clean, sanitary and well ventilatedThis was not the case here and the tenant Mrs [redacted] was told that they needed to get the unit clean ASAPNote: Mr [redacted] was not presentPlease see photos 1-showing the unit condition taken June 5th during the walkThe initial maintenance request to spray for roaches was on June 7, Pest control was contacted that day however, in addition the tenants were advised that they need to clean as the condition they were keeping the unit in does cause roachesThe tenant called again on June 9th and was told that the pest company had been contacted and they would be contacted them directly for an appointment to get entry to sprayThe pest company informed us that they called tenant on 6/@ 3:and then again on 6/@ 3:and again on 6/@ 3:The interior spray was done on June 15th @ 10:AMIn addition the owner of the property has the exterior sprayed every month on the 1stPlease see attachments to show the monthly and the requested interiorThe owner of the property is not responsible to spray for roaches on the interior when clearly the tenants are causing the pest issuesThe owner agreed to spray the interior as a courtesy however, the tenants were given notice prior to any calls regarding roaches that they needed to get the unit cleaned upThere was never a request by the tenant to have permission to get their own interior spray service however, they are free to do so

premises clean, sanitary and well ventilated. This was not the case here and the tenant Mrs. [redacted] was told that they needed to get the unit clean ASAP. Note: Mr. [redacted] was not present.
