We had the owner come to our home in June to give us an estimate for trees on our property at De La Mornie st in Wpg ,mb R2H2Z We signed a contract for the first tree to be removed and stump shredded during the week of June We have not heard from this company sinceI contacted them feeling that they shouldn't be Treating people so unprofessionallyThey called and left a message stating that they could come the next day to do itBy this time I had read the many other complaints and asked for him not to return to our property The sad thing is , this company had done this to us before He came and gave us an estimate on our elm tree and we agreed then tooHe just never showed on the date givenIts was years ago and I had forgot this company's name When he came to give an estimate this year , we had totally forgot that we had asked for his estimate years prior, it was he who mentioned that he was here before for the same tree, when I asked him why he didn't come back then he stated that our tree is a "bh" treeI was not sure what he meantso I asked "bh" Tree?? what does that meanAnd he stated that it is a bh to cut I am filing this complaint do to the lack of common business procedure in notifying costumers of their intentThe lack of this company's professional courtesy has cost us the time again, in getting this work done, trying to finding a company to do it so late in the season and now being told I will have to wait another year for my elm due to the fact I have not found anyone available
Excellent companyWould recommend this companyDonaldo is extremely knowledgeable and his staff is greatThey removed large trees for me and kept my yard very neat afterwardsI was impressed
Terrible. I left a message and did not get a call back. I got ahold of them the next day and was told someone would be by in the next 2 days to give me an estimate. 3 days later nobody had come by so I called them back. They had to retake all my information and then told me someone would come by in the next 2 days "if they had time". I said no thank you. Very disappointing for a company that I've heard good things about.

I found them to be very courteous, professional, punctual and thorough I would definitely recommend them for anyone having issues with trees
