Ryan and [redacted] did a FABULOUS job handling our 'For Sale by Owner" transaction Ryan went above and beyond the call of duty when we received an offer on the 4th of July He spent several minutes with me on the phone going back and forth with the buyers until an offer was accepted He then followed up with me the next day (Sunday) to ensure everything was going smoothly He was right there to answer the phone (or got back to me within a few minutes) I was very surprised at the level of service I received for such a small fee We did end up paying RealyZoom .05% since the buyer had an agent and we offered commission on the MLS - but it was worth it! I'd recommend them to anyone who's doing a FSBO and want a team of professionals in your corner...and you can't beat the price!!

Miss representedOffers MLS listing fir flat fee, except they don't tell you, you gave to commit to paying them5% if you want information of hiw to contact me, then if sell myself I have ti pay him a full 1% commission!
