Per our conversation today, we did try to contact Mr [redacted] to resolve any kind of issueWe did call him as well? and he did not answer as we were willing to resolve the "touch up" problem that was mentioned in the emailNo six foot crack was ever mentioned.? He did not respond to my email until after a month ? We only learned about his foot crack from our home advisor page where he gave us a bad reviewAgain, we were always willing to fix any issue that had to do with the original job but the touch up work he was actually talking about? was the foot crack that? was not? included in the? proposalAs I explained, a six foot crack is a? pretty significant size and we would? charge moreTherefore, there is really no way this crack had anything to do with our? original job as the size of it would of been specified ? We? always make an? extra effort to satisfy our customers needs which is why? we don't ask for payment until a walk through is done with the owner/s of the house to okay the final results of the completed job.? In this case, Mr***'s wife? was happy with the? job and paid us in full as everything that was on the original proposal was done.? Again, I don't believe our experienced team and his wife both missed this crackThe reason we do this walk through is for reasons like this, its unfortunate, but the last thing we want is to damage our reputation in this industryWe also have customers we use as references, if needed, I can even provide you with their information as well
