I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The only thing that was accurate in his response is that I did agreed to pay him the $150, despite feeling that is still a severe overcharge, but that is not what this complaint is aboutThe problem is that after I paid the $150, when the snowblower was returned, it still did not start! The statement that it started after he cleaned out the carburetor is not true and is the root of this problemThe day the machine was returned to me, I attempted to start it, and it would not runI left phone messages that week - starting with the day it was returnedThe statement that he did not get my messages is not believable, because weeks after I first called, and week after I filed this complaint, he finally called me back and said he would pick up the broken machine - which he did, and he still has in his possessionIn the weeks since he picked up the machine again, I have not heard any response at all about why the machine has still not been fixedAt this point, I have no idea if or when my machine will ever be fixed, and/or how much more I will have to pay if I want to get it back, againAnyway you look at it, I called him about a broken snowblower in December, it is now almost March, he has my $and he has my snowblower! This is in no way, shape, or form an acceptable situation
