This job is complete just as the homeowner wantedI had the job complete before I even received this complaint, unfortunately for me this homeowner was very impatientWhat she forgot to mention in her complaint was that I wasnt going to rent another machine (scissor lift) because of the delay in
receiving the windows sashes from ***There were hoops I had to jump through and help *** jump through before we could come to an agreement on how the rental fees were going to be paidThis all added time to my delay in getting back to the job to complete itOnce I knew my schedule on being able to get back there I let her know and we were there installed the window and wrapped the window in metal like stated in contractThis job we went above and beyond what the contract stated (as we do in all of our jobs), like for instance it was never stated that we haul away our trash and we hauled away every pieceWe also had to do more than "replace any rotted framing" on some of the windows, but we had to frame to size every single windowThese are just a couple of examples of how we operate, and none of the extras did I charge for, we just did it as a good customer serviceI am glad this job is complete and we can all move forward now
