REBATH HUB CITY

My family had Rebath install a new shower in 2014 for over $7,000.
A year ago the magnetic closure on the door totally rusted out. Literally, one side rusted to metal dust. The replacement part which was sent from *** Door was bent. (I still have it.)
However, now we have a bigger problem. The shower door has partially fallen off of the wall. This occurred before Thanksgiving. It is being held up by one screw, the bottom of three as well as duct tape which I am using to hold up the fairly heavy door which is warping the metal frame.
I have been calling the local Rebath office for over a week, since Thanksgiving, and they promised to fix the door by today. Suddenly today, they got busy and cannot help fix the door. This is a difficult issue because the screws holding the door frame to the wall are hidden away within the door frame and not easily accessed.
They said that they would call back today to discuss when they could come by to fix their door but I have heard nothing from them. I have just left a message with their answering service. I have called the Rebath corporate office as well as *** I have received a little help from *** office on how to remove the door from the wall mount but that's it. The door is so heavy that I am afraid that it may come down and break.
