Rebath of Wichita Falls

This was the best experience I have had with a construction company in a long time. The salesperson, Joey ***, was very professional and a pleasurer to work with. We reviewed the many options that were available. I made my choices and we covered everything in detail. He reviewed the contract and the warranty on their work and products. He also covered what to expect when the team arrives to do the tare out and construction. There were no surprises as you normally have with contractors. Randell *** from Re-Bath followed up and even came by during the construction process just to see that everything was to my liking. Taylor who did most of the work was very professional and after the install left the place better than when they arrived. When he left we went over the work that was done and the warranty papers. This construction company has a fantastic TEAM that is professional and works together with the customer.

Since Randall has taken over this Re-Bath store, we couldn't be happier. He's got a good crew and he ensures they take care of their customers.

The bathroom in my house used to be ugly! However, now that ReBath has renovated, the bathroom is my favorite room in the house! I absolutely LOVE it! There were a few hiccups but throughout the process Randell *** was right there, explaining everything & making sure that I was happy! It's rare to find such excellent customer service in today's world. Thank You ReBath!!!

Had ReBath do our bathroom. Everyone was very professional and pleasant to do business with. Original plan was to reuse our toilet. Job was priced and paid that way. After the fact the toilet leaked. ReBath told us "we touched it, we own it". They replaced the toilet at no charge. Talk about wonderful customer service. When they say the job is warrantied they mean it!

Randell helped get me my tub set up in the home we just purchased, which was very awesome of him due to the circumstances. I greatly appreciate not only their customer service but also communication with myself and my realtor. Thank you ReBath Texoma!

Job not completed as ordered. Agreed to correct issue, but not completed in timeframe expected. Still not completed.
Job was not completed as ordered. Agreement was to correct in 2 weeks. After 4 weeks of no contact, I contacted them. Was told it would be another 2 weeks. This was not acceptable to me, it did not work with my schedule. It should have been corrected as promised. Now still not completed. My complaint to Project Manager (Randall *** was met with resistance. He was rude, obnoxious, argumentative and very unprofessional. I could not believe the way he spoke to me; his attitude and tone were totally unacceptable. It was obvious he didn't want to take ownership of their error, and turned the issue into my problem. As soon as sales person (NaTasha *** looked at the finished work, she agreed that it was not as ordered and made the decision to correct. Twice, I have asked for General Manager (Tom ***) to call me to discuss, but he has never called me. I feel I was "bullied" into making my "final payment" when the job was complete, even though I was not satisfied. I feel if I would of withheld my payment they would of corrected the problem immediately. This is all so wrong and not at all what Re-Bath portray as good customer service. I am appalled at how Mr. Mathis spoke to me and how he handled this situation. To date, I am still waiting for this to be corrected, where it will fit in with my schedule. Their advertising is a joke . . . nothing they say is true . . . my promise of "2-3 days for completion, maybe 4", ran into 5-6. I feel this is because they left one person to do the majority of the job. They admitted they "pulled the painter" off to go to a bigger job. That doesn't sound good to me, sounds like my smaller job was not as important. All in all I feel like this whole process was a disaster, and I wish I had NEVER used Re-Bath to start with. There will be NO recommendations coming from me. In fact my references will be to stay away from this unprofessional company that do not complete their work as they should and employ such rude people.
